The Yinchuan foam-sealed mobile toilet is a foam-sealed mobile restroom that uses foam sealing and lubrication instead of the traditional water-flushing method.

Working Principle

• Foam Generation and Injection: There is a foam-generating device inside the equipment. After the user finishes using it, a sensor is triggered, mixing a special foam-generating liquid, a small amount of water, and air to produce a large amount of fine and dense foam in the foam chamber, which is then injected into the toilet bowl.
• Foam Sealing and Lubrication: The injected foam covers the surface of the excrement, forming a dense foam layer that effectively blocks the escape of odors, prevents the breeding of mosquitoes and other insects, and also acts as a lubricant, allowing the excrement to smoothly slide into the collection tank or septic tank under the force of gravity, avoiding sticking to the walls.
• Sewage Discharge and Collection: Usually, direct discharge or fecal tank collection methods are used. The mixture of foam and excrement enters the collection tank or passes through pipes into the septic tank. Some collection tanks are detachable for easy regular removal and transportation.
