Yili Cement Prefabricated House Installation
The installation of cement prefabricated houses in Yili requires special attention to the following aspects, ensuring construction quality by considering local climate and site characteristics:

1. Foundation Treatment
In some areas of Xinjiang, the soil is soft and unevenly settled, necessitating the leveling and compaction of the site, as well as the removal of loose topsoil and weeds. If the foundation bearing capacity is insufficient, qualified backfill soil should be replaced and compacted in layers to ensure uniform stress at the foundation bottom. For example, a project in Yili adopted a C25 reinforced concrete strip foundation with a burial depth of 1.5 meters to avoid seasonal frost heave effects, and the foundation treatment used 3:7 lime-soil compaction piles with a compaction coefficient ≥ 0.93. After foundation construction, sufficient curing time should be reserved to ensure that the concrete reaches the required strength before hoisting, avoiding later settlement and deformation.
2. Module Hoisting and Positioning
Before hoisting, positioning lines should be snapped on the foundation surface to verify the overall dimensions and squareness, and the foundation top should be leveled to ensure uniform stress at the module bottom. Appropriate hoisting equipment should be selected during hoisting, controlling the speed and positional accuracy to avoid damage to module corners or wall cracking. After lifting, slowly lower the module, align it with the positioning lines, and adjust its position. The joints between adjacent modules should be aligned and straight. When assembling multiple modules, the accuracy should be verified after each module is hoisted to prevent cumulative errors from affecting the overall quality.
3. Joint Seam Treatment
After cleaning debris and loose dust from the interior of the seams, fill them with waterproof sealing mortar and smooth the surface. After the mortar dries, apply waterproof sealant to enhance the sealing and waterproofing effect. In Xinjiang, where wind and sand are prevalent, improper seam treatment can easily lead to air and sand leakage, affecting indoor comfort. When plastering the interior and exterior walls, alkali-resistant mesh fabric can be applied at the seam positions to prevent later cracking.
4. Node Reinforcement and Waterproofing
After module assembly, the top nodes and vertical connection parts should be reinforced to ensure overall structural stability. For example, the walls of the Yili project adopted a 120mm-thick fiber cement pressure plate composite with a 100mm-thick rock wool insulation layer, and the roof used a double-layer color steel plate sandwiching 75mm centrifugal glass wool construction, with the heat transfer coefficient K value controlled below 0.35W/(m²·K) to enhance cold insulation performance.
5. Climate Adaptation Measures
For construction in severely cold regions (such as Yili Building Climate Zoning IIB), the impact of low temperatures should be considered. During foundation concrete pouring, antifreeze agents should be added, and the mixing water should be heated to 60℃, with the pouring temperature ≥ 10℃. Curing should adopt a three-layer insulation method of 'cotton quilt + electric blanket + plastic film' to ensure that the concrete does not freeze before reaching a critical strength of ≥ 7MPa.
6. Post-Installation Inspection
After completing the connection of all components, excess materials should be cleaned up, and the appearance and structural stability of the house should be inspected to confirm that there are no misalignments, tilts, or seam issues before putting it into use.
