Yangzhou Mobile Toilet Design

Admin September 27, 2026

The design of Yangzhou mobile toilets features water conservation and environmental protection, rapid deployment, intelligence and convenience, weather resistance and durability, and versatility in various scenarios. The interior design also emphasizes environmental integration, ease of mobility, and cleanliness of use.

Water conservation and environmental protection: Yangzhou mobile toilets employ water-saving flushing systems, such as vacuum or pressure flushing designs, requiring only 0.8 liters of water per flush, saving 60% more water than conventional toilets. Meanwhile, fecal waste is collected separately and can be converted into organic fertilizer through professional treatment, achieving “zero pollution discharge” and effectively reducing water consumption and environmental pollution.

Rapid deployment: After being transported to the site, these mobile toilets can be installed and commissioned within 2 hours, significantly shortening the construction period. This characteristic makes them highly suitable for large-scale events or temporary demand scenarios, enabling them to quickly meet the toilet needs of large crowds.

Intelligence and convenience: The entrance is equipped with human body induction light strips that automatically illuminate at night, facilitating easy access for people. Inside, there are automatic flushing devices that flush 30 seconds after a person leaves, ensuring both hygiene and water conservation. In winter, they come with heating devices to prevent pipe freezing and ensure normal operation. Additionally, barrier-free compartments are specially designed, wide enough for wheelchairs to enter, providing convenience for individuals with mobility impairments.

Weather resistance and durability: The outer shells are mostly made of 304 stainless steel or anti-corrosion panels, which are resistant to ultraviolet rays and corrosion, and can operate normally within a temperature range of minus 20℃ to plus 40℃. The tops feature waterproof and sunshade designs, preventing water leakage on rainy days and keeping them cool on sunny days, with a service life more than three times longer than that of ordinary fixed toilets.

Versatility in various scenarios: They are applicable in a wide range of scenarios, solving peak toilet demand issues in scenic spots, quickly filling in during large-scale events, and being readily available wherever needed, such as on city street corners or temporary construction sites.

Interior design: For temporary needs in indoor environments like exhibition halls, stadiums, and conference centers, there are single-unit flushing mobile toilets equipped with independent water tanks, flushing systems, and washbasins, offering a high level of hygiene with no odor emission. Simple frame-type toilets are lightweight and relatively low-cost. Barrier-free mobile toilets provide spacious areas and handrails for individuals with mobility impairments.
