Yangjiang Waterless Mobile Toilet
Admin September 24, 2026
Yangjiang waterless mobile toilet is a high-end mobile toilet product made of eco-friendly materials, requiring no water for cleaning, no pipe connection, and causing no environmental pollution. Its price is generally not less than 300 yuan, and it has significant advantages in terms of technical principles, structural features, and application scenarios.

Technical Principles
Waterless mobile toilets are a type of flush-free mobile toilet. Their core principle is to achieve zero water consumption for excreta treatment through technical means, mainly divided into three categories:
- Biodegradable Type: Utilize aerobic bacteria to decompose organic matter in excreta. The bacterial carrier is often wood shavings or coconut shell fiber, which needs to be replenished regularly to maintain degradation efficiency.
- Waterless Flush-Free Type: Separate urine from solid excreta through special funnels and gravity separation technology. The solid part is collected after natural fermentation, and the liquid part is treated and discharged, reducing odors and pollution.
- Incineration Type: Convert excreta into ashes through high-temperature incineration, requiring only a small amount of fuel or electricity support, suitable for high-altitude or extremely low-temperature environments (such as highway rest stops on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau).
Structural Features
- Frame and Cladding: The box body adopts a steel frame or aluminum alloy frame, and the cladding uses fiberglass, stainless steel, or high-strength plastic to ensure a sturdy structure and corrosion resistance.
- Internal Layout: The standard size of a single-person compartment is approximately 1.2m×1.2m, compact in space but fully functional. Key components include a degradation tank, agitator, temperature control system, exhaust duct, and control panel to ensure automated treatment processes.
- Eco-Friendly Design: The wrapping film of packaged products is made of degradable plastic to reduce plastic pollution; the toilet door is equipped with ventilation louvers and a one-way exhaust fan to maintain air circulation and prevent odor leakage.
- Sterilization System: Equipped with a carbon dioxide sterilization device, it can efficiently kill bacteria and viruses after use, ensuring the health of users.
Application Scenarios
- Remote Areas: For example, in Inner Mongolia grassland tourist areas, traditional toilets are difficult to construct due to the lack of sewer systems, while waterless mobile toilets can be transported by pickup trucks and quickly deployed in open environments such as grasslands.
- High-Altitude Areas: Highway rest stops on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau experience freezing of ordinary toilet water systems due to low temperatures. Incineration-type waterless toilets can operate stably, solving the problem of excreta treatment.
- Areas without Water and Electricity Support: Construction sites, mines, oil fields, and other places have insufficient water and electricity supply. Waterless mobile toilets have become essential facilities to ensure the basic living conditions of workers, and their modular design allows for rapid capacity expansion according to population changes.
