Yanbian Craftsmanship Mobile Toilet

Admin September 23, 2026

The Yanbian craftsmanship mobile toilet combines technological innovation with practicality, featuring adaptability to cold climates, environmental protection, energy efficiency, and intelligent management.

Insulation and Anti-Freezing Technology: Given the cold winters in Yanbian, the mobile toilet employs a double-layer insulated wall structure with polyurethane foam filling in the interlayer, effectively reducing heat loss. The sewage pipes are wrapped with electric tracing heating tapes, which automatically activate heating when low temperatures are detected by temperature sensors, preventing pipe freezing and ensuring normal operation in low-temperature environments.

Sewage Treatment System: Utilizing modular biological treatment technology, solid waste is intercepted by a solid-liquid separation device, while the liquid portion enters a reaction tank equipped with composite microbial agents. Microorganisms can decompose organic matter even in low-temperature environments. The treated water undergoes quartz sand filtration and ultraviolet disinfection, meeting reuse standards for flushing toilets or irrigation, thus achieving water resource recycling.

Energy-Saving Design: A monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic panel is installed on the roof, with a photoelectric conversion efficiency exceeding 21%. The generated electricity is stored in a lithium iron phosphate battery pack, supplying power to lighting, ventilation fans, and the control system. It can maintain normal operation for up to 7 days during continuous rainy weather. The ventilation system adopts negative pressure exhaust design, reducing heat loss and further lowering energy consumption.

Material Selection: The exterior wall is made of ASA engineering plastic, maintaining stable performance within a temperature range of -40°C to 80°C. The interior partitions use aluminum alloy honeycomb panels, reducing weight and providing sound insulation. Metal components are galvanized or made of 304 stainless steel to prevent corrosion from de-icing salts. The floor is paved with anti-slip quartz tiles, ensuring safety during winter use.

Intelligent Management: Some mobile toilets are equipped with a remote monitoring platform, which uses IoT sensors to monitor usage frequency, water and electricity consumption, and fault codes in real-time, with automatic alerts for abnormal data. Maintenance personnel can use handheld terminals to scan the device's QR code to view maintenance records and spare parts information, improving management efficiency.

Flexible Deployment and Earthquake Resistance: The mobile toilet can be transported as a whole, avoiding waste from demolition due to planning adjustments or force majeure. Compared to traditional brick-and-mortar toilets, it occupies less space and has earthquake resistance and disease prevention capabilities.
