Xuzhou Intelligent Mobile Toilet Design
The design of intelligent mobile toilets in Xuzhou is mainly reflected in aspects such as ventilation systems, water circulation and treatment systems, modular box structures, passive ventilation and deodorization, as well as closed-loop rental services.

The ventilation system employs a combination of natural and mechanical ventilation. Natural ventilation is achieved through top-opening skylights and side-wall louvers for air convection; mechanical ventilation involves installing small exhaust fans inside the toilet, which automatically activate when someone is present, in conjunction with an intelligent sensing system. The ventilation openings are positioned away from entrances and exits, and the top skylights are designed with a slope to prevent rainwater from flowing back in. The interior walls of the toilet are made of water-resistant, breathable, and eco-friendly materials, and some high-end toilets incorporate activated carbon filtration systems. In practical applications, complaints about odors have decreased by approximately 40%, the comfort level of the toilet environment in summer has significantly improved, and the usage rate in densely populated areas has reached over 95%.
In terms of water circulation and treatment systems, most newly rented mobile toilets integrate miniature water circulation or chemical treatment systems. The water circulation system includes storage and collection tanks, with some incorporating biological enzymes or low-foam chemical agents to accelerate the decomposition of solid waste and reduce odor emissions. Negative pressure collection technology utilizes air pressure differentials for power transmission, requiring only a small amount of water or specialized liquid for each flush, significantly reducing water consumption and the frequency of waste removal. The key to this technology lies in the system's airtightness and precise control of pressure parameters.
The modular box structure is designed to withstand frequent lifting, transportation, and outdoor deployment, with materials that balance structural strength, weather resistance, and lightweight properties. The walls adopt a sandwich panel structure, with an outer layer of corrosion-resistant metal, an inner layer of waterproof material, and intermediate insulation and soundproofing fillings; the floor is treated for slip resistance and corrosion resistance. The overall design adheres to principles of rapid assembly and standardized interfaces, allowing for single-unit combinations or multi-unit row configurations.
In addition to adding chemical deodorizers for passive ventilation and deodorization, ventilation ducts are installed at the top or upper sides of the box to utilize the principle of natural air convection, allowing warm, humid, and foul air to rise and exit while fresh air enters from the bottom. This system operates continuously without relying on electricity, maintaining a baseline level of indoor air quality.
In the closed-loop rental service model, the 'rental' approach forms a complete service loop, with the service provider's responsibilities covering pre-installation site assessment and installation, regular inspections during use, replenishment of consumables, collection and professional treatment of waste tanks, as well as equipment withdrawal and disinfection after the rental period ends, ensuring that the mobile toilets continuously maintain a hygienic and functional state.
