In terms of rental services for eco-friendly mobile public toilets, the Environmental Sanitation Administration Bureau of Xiuying District, Haikou City, once carried out a project bidding, with Hainan Huanxu Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. as the winning bidder. The rental price varies depending on the rental duration. For 15 days (inclusive) or less, it is 620.00 yuan per toilet per day, and for 16 days (inclusive) or more, it is 580.00 yuan per toilet per day. This rental service provides convenience for places with temporary needs, such as large-scale events and construction sites, where the appropriate rental price can be selected according to the actual number of days of use.

The new eco-friendly mobile toilets in rural areas are an important pilot project in Xiuying District. Taking the toilet installed at Wang Youyi's home in Yangnan Villager Group, Jianxin Village, Shishan Town as an example, it has an area of 2.25 square meters and is equipped with a toilet bowl, flush tank, washbasin, and showerhead inside, along with a three-stage septic tank. The total cost does not exceed 6,000 yuan. The manufacturing materials have heat insulation and fire prevention properties, and the service life can exceed 30 years. The matching septic tank is more environmentally friendly, with no fecal water seepage, and can be customized according to the actual situation of farmers. It will be further promoted in rural areas across the district, helping to improve the rural sanitation environment.

There is also a clear plan for the construction of mobile toilets in scenic areas. It is planned to build 12 new mobile toilets in six core scenic areas in Xiuying District, including the Volcano Crater National Geological Park, Holiday Beach, and Tropical Wildlife Park, with a total construction area of 320 square meters. Differentiated allocation standards are adopted according to the differences in tourist carrying capacity in scenic areas, and the internal facilities meet the standards of three-star tourist toilets. The main structure adopts a modular light steel structure, which has the characteristics of typhoon resistance, corrosion resistance, and easy relocation. It also has corresponding designs for different geological and climatic conditions, which can better meet the usage needs of tourists in scenic areas and improve the service quality of scenic areas.

In addition, mobile toilets are deployed along the vehicle waiting sections at Xiuying Port, with one toilet set up every 200 meters, providing convenience for drivers and passengers waiting on the vehicle waiting sections and solving their toilet problems during the waiting process.
