Xinzhou Outdoor Mobile Toilet Installation
The installation of outdoor mobile toilets in Xinzhou requires comprehensive consideration from aspects such as the main structure, modular layout, enclosure structure, installation characteristics, and sewage discharge methods.

Main Structure: It adopts a national standard steel structure frame. The main load-bearing components are made of Q235B grade steel. The columns are 100×100mm square tubes (wall thickness ≥ 1.2mm), and the beams are 80×40mm rectangular tubes, connected by full-welding processes to form a stable frame. The overall wind resistance rating is ≥ Grade 10, and the seismic fortification intensity is designed according to Grade 7. After sandblasting and rust removal, the surface of the steel structure is coated with two coats of epoxy zinc-rich primer, and the top coat uses outdoor-specific fluorocarbon paint, ensuring a 15-year anti-corrosion effect.
Modular Layout: A single toilet unit measures 3.6m×2.4m×2.8m, including 3 standard toilet stalls (2 for men and 1 for women), 1 accessible toilet stall, and 1 management room. The internal clear dimensions of each toilet stall are 1.2m×1.4m, equipped with independent door locks and internal and external indicator light systems; the management room is configured with a main control distribution box, a tool storage cabinet, and an emergency supplies reserve area; the accessible toilet stall has a clear space of ≥1.5m×1.5m, equipped with folding handrails and a call button.
Enclosure Structure:
- Wall System: The exterior wall uses 50mm thick polyurethane sandwich color steel plates (double-sided 0.3mm color-coated steel plates, core material density ≥ 40kg/m³, thermal conductivity ≤ 0.024W/(m·K)), and the interior wall is made of 3mm thick antibacterial-treated ivory-white aluminum-plastic panels, connected to the main frame via aluminum alloy keels, with neutral silicone sealant used at the joints.
- Roof System: Designed with an antique style, the main body is a 0.4mm thick color steel plate profiled roof with a slope of 15°. The ridge is equipped with a continuous gutter, and drainage is achieved through an internal gutter + PVC downpipe system. The base layer is laid with a 100mm thick centrifugal glass wool insulation layer, covered with a waterproof and breathable membrane on the surface.
- Floor System: The toilet stall floors use 20mm thick polymer anti-slip flooring, with hot-melt welding at the joints, and the joint height difference ≤ 0.5mm. The toilet pan area is equipped with ceramic squat toilets, surrounded by a 10mm high water retaining edge. The floor slopes 2‰ towards the drain, and the drain is equipped with an odor-proof trap.
Installation Characteristics: The main structure is prefabricated in the factory, and on-site work only requires foundation leveling, lifting and positioning, and external pipeline connections, significantly shortening the installation cycle. It is suitable for scenarios requiring rapid deployment, such as temporary event venues and tourist attractions, and generates less construction waste, noise, and dust.
Sewage Discharge Methods: They are classified into water-flushing, vacuum suction, and biodegradation types according to the scenario. Non-water-flushing types include non-water packing type (mechanical transmission packing tape, manual handling), foam sealing type (foam mixture replacing flushing water), and microbial degradation type (bacterial strains fermenting and decomposing excreta into carbon dioxide and water).
