Xinzhou Mobile Ecological Toilet Installation

Admin September 28, 2026

The installation of mobile ecological toilets in Xinzhou requires standardized operations in structural construction, enclosure structure installation, environmental protection equipment installation and commissioning, and foundation engineering. The specific key points are as follows:

I. Structural Construction

  1. Steel Structure Framework: The main load-bearing components are made of Q235B grade steel. The columns are 100×100mm square tubes (wall thickness ≥ 1.2mm), the beams are 80×40mm rectangular tubes, and the node connection plates have a thickness ≥ 8mm. Welding is carried out using carbon dioxide gas shielded welding with ER50-6 welding wire, 1.2mm in diameter. The beam-column nodes are fully welded with a weld toe height ≥ 6mm, and the welding deformation is controlled within ±2mm/m. After welding, non-destructive testing is required, with a flaw detection ratio of not less than 20% for secondary welds. For anti-corrosion treatment, sandblasting is used to remove rust to Sa2.5 grade, and the coating consists of epoxy zinc-rich primer (≥ 60μm) + epoxy micaceous iron intermediate paint (≥ 80μm) + fluorocarbon topcoat (≥ 40μm), with a total thickness ≥ 180μm.
  2. Module Hoisting: Steel components are prefabricated in the factory and assembled on-site using a combination of bolt connections and welding. The verticality deviation of the columns is ≤ H/1000 and ≤ 10mm, and the levelness deviation of the beams is ≤ 2mm/m. A 25t truck crane is selected for hoisting. The hoisting points are determined through stress calculations. During hoisting, guy ropes are set up to control stability. The gaps between modules are filled with waterproof sealant and fixed with stainless steel pressing strips.

II. Enclosure Structure Installation

  1. Wall System: The exterior wall is made of 50mm thick polyurethane sandwich color steel plates (double-sided 0.3mm color-coated steel plates, core material density ≥ 40kg/m³), with a thermal conductivity ≤ 0.024W/(m·K). During installation, the spacing between self-tapping screws is ≤ 300mm, and the plate seams are filled with fire-resistant rock wool and then sealed with neutral silicone sealant.
  2. Roof System: The roof has a 15° slope and is composed of a 0.4mm thick color steel plate + a 100mm centrifugal glass wool insulation layer + a waterproof and breathable membrane. The ridge is equipped with a continuous gutter, and the PVC downspouts have a diameter of 110mm, with a drainage slope ≥ 2%. The downspout outlets are equipped with insect screens.
  3. Floor Engineering: The 20mm thick polymer anti-slip floor (friction coefficient ≥ 0.8) is hot-melt welded, with a seam height difference ≤ 0.5mm. A 10mm high water retaining edge is set up in the toilet bowl area, and the floor slopes 2‰ towards the drainage outlet, which is equipped with a P-type trap (water seal depth ≥ 50mm).

III. Environmental Protection Equipment Installation and Commissioning

  1. Microbial Degradation System: The biological reaction tank (304 stainless steel, effective volume 1.2m³) is hoisted with a horizontal deviation ≤ 1° and fixed to the main structure with M12 expansion bolts. The aeration device is 150mm from the bottom of the tank, with an aeration volume of 0.3m³/(m³·h) and a uniformity ≥ 90%. The temperature control system maintains the tank temperature at 25-35℃ through a 2kW electric heating tube. The stirring system has a speed of 15r/min and is stirred 3 times a day (10 minutes each time) with a uniformity ≥ 95%.
  2. Foam Sealing System: The UPVC water supply pipe has a diameter of 25mm and an operating pressure of 0.6MPa. It is connected to the foaming agent tank using a loose-type joint. The seal test pressure is 1.0MPa, and it is held for 30 minutes without leakage.

IV. Foundation Engineering

A backhoe excavator is used to excavate a 1.2m deep strip foundation with a slope ratio of 1:0.5. A 300mm manual cleaning layer is reserved at the bottom of the foundation pit. Drainage ditches (300mm wide × 400mm deep) and a sump (800mm in diameter) are set up around the foundation pit, equipped with submersible pumps for drainage. The pouring slump of the C30 concrete foundation is controlled within 180±20mm. One set of test blocks is made for every 50m³, and they are sent for testing after 28 days of standard curing.
