Xinyang Mobile Toilet Inspection

Admin September 21, 2026

The inspection of mobile toilets in Xinyang should be carried out systematically from aspects such as necessity, content, standards, and testing methods.

Necessity of Inspection

Mobile toilet inspection is a crucial step to ensure their safety and functionality, primarily targeting the following situations:

  1. Structural Damage or Aging: Long-term use or environmental factors can cause deformation, cracking, corrosion, and other issues in toilets, necessitating an assessment of structural safety.
  2. Changes in Usage Conditions: When the purpose is changed, the toilet is relocated, or additional floors are added, re-inspection is required to meet new requirements.
  3. External Impacts: Adjacent construction, deep excavation, and other activities may cause damage to the toilet, requiring inspection to confirm its current condition.
  4. Quality Disputes or Protection Needs: When there are doubts about the toilet's quality or a need for long-term protection, inspection is necessary to clarify its reliability.
  5. Extended Use Beyond Design Life: Toilets that have exceeded their design life require a comprehensive inspection to assess their remaining service life.

Inspection Content

Inspection should cover four major aspects: structure, decoration, equipment, and performance:

  1. Structural Integrity Inspection: This includes assessing damage to concrete, steel, wooden, masonry components, and foundation bases, as well as checking for tilting, subsidence, and cracking.
  2. Appearance and Decorative Quality:
    • Appearance size error ≤ 5mm, with complete and effective interiors, sanitary ware, and signage.
    • The decorative layer should be flat without depressions, with sealed joints and no leakage, and the floor should be flat without water accumulation.
  3. Wind and Earthquake Resistance:
    • Wind resistance rating ≥ Grade 10, earthquake resistance rating ≥ Grade 8, with steel structure welding conforming to JGJ81 standards and anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatments meeting GB50212 requirements.
    • Verify wind resistance through thrust tests.
  4. Sealing and Waterproofing Inspection:
    • Continuously spray the exterior wall with a water jet (0.1MPa pressure, 500mm distance) for 15 minutes and check for no leakage after 1 hour.
  5. Tank Sealing Performance:
    • The storage tank and fecal storage tank should hold water for 1 hour without leakage, with no leaks in the water supply and drainage pipelines and sealed cleanout openings.
    • The toilet fixture should seal within ≤ 3 seconds, with the fecal storage tank isolated from the toilet compartment and properly placed vent pipes and fecal extraction ports.

Inspection Standards and Testing Methods

  1. Inspection Standards:
    • Equipment must be new, unused, conform to bidding technical specifications, and maintain stable performance within its service life.
    • The amount of materials and the number of equipment must strictly match the requirements of the bidding documents.
  2. Testing Methods:
    • Supervisory Testing: The purchaser may send personnel to supervise the production process or pre-accept the equipment.
    • On-site Testing: Unpack and inspect the supply list, cooperate with the user for acceptance, and explain operational details.
    • Operational Testing: After installation and commissioning, conduct a trial run. The equipment is deemed qualified if it operates without faults and is confirmed by the user.

Through systematic inspection, the structural safety and functional integrity of mobile toilets can be ensured, meeting usage requirements.
