Building 1# of the Service Building in the East District of the Urban Rest Station Project: Constructed by Xinxiang Pingyuan Demonstration Zone Qiaoqiao Rest Station East Management Co., Ltd., it is located southeast of the intersection of Zhengxin Avenue and Changjiang Avenue in the Pingyuan Urban-Rural Integration Demonstration Zone. Building 1# of the service building has a construction area of 2,707.77 square meters, with an assembly rate of 68% and a prefabricated building grade evaluation of Class A. It adopts technologies such as prefabricated steel columns, prefabricated steel beams, steel truss floor decking, and prefabricated steel stairs, as well as non-masonry interior partition walls (ALC), integration of interior partition walls and pipelines, and full decoration, demonstrating the application and development of prefabricated buildings in the field of public buildings.

II. Manufacturing Enterprises Henan Xinpu Yuanda Residential Industry Co., Ltd. is located in the Industrial Cluster Zone of Yuanyang County, Xinxiang City, Henan Province. It is the first prefabricated component manufacturing enterprise in Henan Province named after residential industrialization.
