Installation of Mobile Environmental Toilets in Xinjiang

Admin October 07, 2026

The installation of mobile environmental toilets in Xinjiang needs to be carried out in accordance with geological conditions, environmental protection requirements, and technical specifications, mainly covering aspects such as foundation treatment, panel splicing, pipeline system installation, water-saving technology application, waste treatment, environmental design, and ecological interference control.

1. Foundation Treatment
Select an appropriate plan based on geological conditions: In sandy soil areas, a combination of concrete foundations and ground anchors is used to prevent structural displacement. In permafrost zones, the foundation depth needs to be increased to avoid instability caused by freeze-thaw cycles. In some scenarios, a floating foundation is employed, which is directly erected on the ground surface through an adjustable steel support system. The bottom of the supports is equipped with enlarged load-bearing plates to disperse pressure, eliminating the need for foundation excavation and allowing the ground surface to quickly return to its natural state after relocation.

2. Panel Splicing and Sealing
Color-coated steel panels adopt hidden fastening technology. Wall panels are connected through internal slots, and the external joints are sealed with sealing strips for waterproofing. The roof panels are designed with a slight arc to enhance load-bearing capacity and divert rain and snow, reducing snow load. Modular components are connected using structural sealing technology. The joints are filled with closed-cell foam sealing strips and covered with weather-resistant sealing adhesive layers. The sealing material is modified silicone rubber with high low-temperature elastic retention to ensure reliability in environments with large temperature differences.

3. Pipeline System Installation
The internal pipeline system adopts a split design. Sewage, ventilation, and water supply pipelines are prefabricated into independent modules in the factory, and only interface connections are required on-site. The pipeline material is high-density polyethylene, whose low expansion and contraction rate can prevent interface leakage caused by thermal expansion and contraction, adapting to the large temperature differences between day and night in Xinjiang.

4. Water-Saving Technology Application
The flushing system utilizes the principle of pressure difference to reduce water consumption through pneumatic boosting. The hand-washing sinks are equipped with inductive flow-limiting devices, controlling the single-use water volume to within 0.5 liters. Some models collect hand-washing wastewater for secondary flushing, forming an internal water circulation system and saving about 70% of water compared to traditional flush toilets. The vacuum collection device is further optimized, requiring only 0.5-0.8 liters of water per flush, with a water-saving rate exceeding 85%.

5. Waste Treatment
A combination of biodegradation and physical separation is adopted: The solid-liquid separation device directs waste into different treatment areas. Microbial agents are added to the solid waste to accelerate decomposition, and the liquid waste is filtered through multiple stages for non-potable use. Microbial decomposition technology converts organic waste into carbon dioxide, water, and humus through a temperature-controlled tank, with a conversion rate of over 90%. The end products can be used as soil conditioners for desert vegetation restoration.

6. Environmental Design and Material Recycling
The surface coating of the color-coated steel panels uses photocatalytic materials that can decompose pollutants under sunlight. Solar panels are installed on the roof to supply power for lighting and ventilation systems. The structure adopts bolt connections instead of welding, facilitating the complete recycling of panels during dismantling and reducing construction waste by about 85%. The steel recycling rate exceeds 95%, and the polyurethane filler can be separated and re-prepared into chemical raw materials.

7. Ecological Interference Control during Installation
When constructing in ecologically fragile areas, the driving routes of construction machinery are restricted to avoid crushing vegetation. No concrete mixing is carried out on-site, and all prefabricated components are directly assembled to minimize environmental disturbance to the greatest extent.
