Xinhang Mobile Toilet Specifications

Admin October 08, 2026

Xinhang mobile toilets do not have fixed standard dimensions and need to be customized according to actual needs. However, key parameter ranges and customization bases can be summarized based on their design characteristics:

1. Structural materials and durability affect the basis of dimension design The main body of Xinhang mobile toilets is made of galvanized square tubes, stainless steel plates, color-steel sandwich panels, and anti-corrosion wood veneers. The designed service life of hot-dip galvanized steel components is not less than 15 years, and the salt spray corrosion resistance time is ≥1200 hours (refer to the GB/T 10125 standard). These materials possess high strength and corrosion resistance, providing structural stability for modular assembly. However, specific dimensions need to be comprehensively determined by combining material thickness, load-bearing requirements, and transportation limitations (such as the standard width of container transportation being 2.4-2.5 meters) to avoid difficulties in transportation or installation due to oversized dimensions.

2. Modular design determines dimension flexibility The main body adopts steel structure welding and modular assembly, with reserved water and electricity interfaces. The installation cycle for a standard room is ≤72 hours, and the amount of on-site wet work is ≤10%. Modular design allows for the adjustment of overall dimensions by combining different functional units (such as men's toilets, women's toilets, management rooms, and accessible rooms). For example, the basic dimensions of a single toilet module are approximately 1.2 meters × 1.5 meters (length × width), but the actual layout needs to be optimized according to the site's water inlet and drainage conditions, aisle width (recommended to be ≥0.9 meters), and pedestrian flow lines to avoid space waste or inconvenience in use.

3. Requirements for space by environmental protection and intelligent systems When equipped with microbial degradation or vacuum negative pressure systems, space needs to be reserved for equipment installation (such as vacuum pumps and fecal storage tanks), which usually accounts for 15%-20% of the overall volume. Intelligent configurations (such as 5G modules and ≥Class 6 sensors) need to be integrated into control cabinets or walls, having a relatively small impact on dimensions. However, it is necessary to ensure that sensors are reasonably arranged (for example, ammonia gas sensors should be 1.5-1.8 meters above the ground) to ensure data accuracy.

4. Core bases for dimension customization

  • Average daily passenger flow: In high-passenger-flow scenarios (such as scenic spots), the number of toilet stalls needs to be increased, and a double-row layout or an expansion of the management room may be adopted, resulting in a corresponding increase in overall dimensions.
  • Ratio of men's to women's toilet stalls: According to the requirements of GB 50016-2014, the ratio of men's to women's toilet stalls in public toilets should preferably be 1:1.5-2, and the modular combination method needs to be adjusted according to this ratio.
  • Site conditions: The locations of water inlet and drainage pipes, the ground bearing capacity (recommended to be ≥3 tons per square meter), and the power access points affect the equipment layout, and the dimension plan needs to be determined after on-site surveys.

Summary: Xinhang mobile toilets do not have fixed dimensions, but reasonable ranges can be estimated through modular combinations, material characteristics, and functional requirements. In actual customization, manufacturers need to provide specific plans based on site conditions, passenger flow data, and environmental protection standards to ensure a balance between functionality and economy.
