Emergency call devices are installed in the bedroom, bathroom, and living room for easy one-click assistance by the elderly.

The model apartment in Songmuchang has solved the core problems of long construction periods, easy nuisance, and many disputes in the renovation of old residential buildings through lightweight prefabricated construction, providing a replicable path for the renovation of small old apartments. As of now, this model apartment has received a total of 35 batches and more than 500 person-times of research and observation visits from housing construction departments and home improvement industry enterprises across the province, becoming a demonstration model for the renovation of old residential buildings.
