Where to Place Container Houses in Xi'an

Container houses in Xi'an can be placed in construction sites, commercial business premises (subject to legal approval), temporary event venues, and other areas that comply with regulations and do not affect public interests and safety.

Construction Sites

Several companies, such as Xi'an Tengdaxing Housing Engineering Co., Ltd., primarily provide residential and office container houses and other infrastructure for construction sites of buildings, municipal projects, railways, highways, and other infrastructure projects. These container houses serve as temporary accommodations on construction sites for workers to live and work in, meeting various needs during the construction period. They are characterized by quick installation and reusability, allowing for flexible adjustments and relocations as the project progresses.

Commercial Business Premises (Subject to Legal Approval)

Some container houses can be used for commercial operations, such as container fast-food restaurants, container shops, and container cafes. However, it is important to note that when placing container houses within the red line of commercial land for profit-making purposes, legal compliance must be ensured. For example, there was a case of illegal construction of container houses for business operations at Xixian Wuyue Plaza, indicating that placing container houses in commercial areas requires approval from relevant departments and adherence to urban planning and construction regulations; otherwise, they may be deemed illegal constructions.

Temporary Event Venues

At temporary event venues, such as exhibitions and fairs, container houses can also be used as temporary stalls and exhibition halls. Their modular design and convenient assembly and disassembly methods enable quick setup and teardown, adapting to the needs of temporary events. Additionally, container houses can be customized according to the themes and requirements of the events to meet different display and business needs.
