Wulong Intelligent Mobile Toilet
There are production and project activities related to intelligent mobile toilets in the Wulong area, primarily carried out by Chongqing Yimancang Technology Co., Ltd. in the Baima Cluster of the Wulong Industrial Park with the 'Annual Production of 100 Intelligent Toilet Processing Project'. The following provides an introduction from three aspects: production characteristics, technical pathways, and environmental protection measures.

Production Characteristics
The production of intelligent toilets in this project features 'customization based on orders'. Manufacturers design and produce according to specific application scenario parameters, which include expected foot traffic, usage duration, on-site water and electricity conditions, sewage discharge limitations, and special aesthetic requirements. For example, if the application scenario is a tourist attraction with high expected foot traffic and long usage duration, manufacturers will design more durable and higher-capacity intelligent toilets; if on-site water and electricity conditions are limited, manufacturers will optimize the water and electricity system design to ensure the normal operation of intelligent toilets.
Technical Pathways
In terms of the technical pathway for treating excreta, intelligent toilets are designed differently based on the availability of municipal sewage networks at the installation site. If the installation site has a municipal sewage network, the product only needs to be equipped with simple flushing and pipeline interfaces to discharge excreta directly into the municipal network. If there is no such condition, independent systems such as microbial degradation, foam sealing, vacuum collection, or chemical treatment need to be integrated. These systems are embedded as different 'functional packages' in the box structure at the design stage. For example, the microbial degradation system uses microorganisms to decompose excreta into harmless substances; the foam sealing system reduces odor emission by covering excreta with foam; the vacuum collection system uses vacuum principles to quickly collect excreta into storage containers; and the chemical treatment system treats excreta by adding chemical agents.
Environmental Protection Measures
The project has adopted a series of environmental protection measures. In terms of the atmospheric environment, organic waste gases and particulate matter generated from paint mixing and spraying are treated and discharged through a 'dry paper box filter + secondary activated carbon' treatment facility; particulate matter generated from welding is treated and discharged through a mobile dust collector; grinding waste gases and others are treated and discharged accordingly, all meeting relevant standard limit requirements. In terms of the surface water environment, the project's domestic sewage is treated in a biochemical tank and then connected to the Baima Industrial Sewage Treatment Plant for further treatment before being discharged into the Shiliang River, effectively reducing sewage pollution to the environment.
