Prefabricated Housing in Wuchuan City
Wuchuan City has multiple projects and policy support in the field of prefabricated housing.

I. Specific Projects
- Prefabricated Building Demonstration Project for Comprehensive Land Improvement in Wangcungang Town, Wuchuan City: This project adopts a competitive negotiation procurement method with a budget of 2,727,021.99 yuan and a contract performance period of 50 calendar days. As a prefabricated building demonstration project, it is of great significance for promoting the application and popularization of prefabricated building technologies in the local area and can provide valuable experience and references for subsequent similar projects.
- Annual Production Project of 800,000 Cubic Meters of Prefabricated PC Components for Prefabricated Buildings in Wuchuan: This project is large in scale, with a building area of 300,000 square meters. The construction includes 14 production lines for prefabricated concrete components (PC) for residential industrialization, 1 automatic steel bar production line, and related supporting facilities. The project construction period is from 2019 to 2023, with a total investment of 1.2 billion yuan. The implementation of this project will significantly enhance the local production capacity of prefabricated components for prefabricated buildings, meet the market demand for prefabricated building components, and promote the development of the prefabricated building industry.
II. Policy Support In the "Draft Measures for Promoting the Steady and Healthy Development of the Real Estate Market in Wuchuan City (Public Consultation)", Wuchuan has provided policy incentives for projects that adopt prefabricated construction methods. Specifically, for construction projects that implement prefabricated construction methods and meet the requirements for prefabricated buildings (i.e., comply with the "Evaluation Standard for Prefabricated Buildings" and relevant provincial and municipal standards), the floor area of the parts that meet the requirements for prefabricated buildings can be excluded from the floor area ratio calculation of the plot by no more than 3%. This policy measure helps encourage developers to adopt prefabricated construction methods, increase the proportion of prefabricated buildings in the real estate market, and promote the transformation, upgrading, and sustainable development of the construction industry.
