Wotelong Environmental Protection Mobile Toilet

Admin October 22, 2026

Ningbo Wotelong Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. once applied for a utility model patent for a mobile toilet, but this patent expired on January 22, 2019, due to non-payment of the annual fee. Here is an introduction to this mobile toilet:

Overall Structure

This mobile toilet consists of two parts: a base and a restroom, with the base and restroom designed in an integrated manner. This integrated structure helps enhance the overall stability and robustness of the mobile toilet, enabling it to maintain good structural integrity in various usage scenarios and reducing safety hazards caused by loose or detached components.

Restroom Design

  • Material and Insulation: The restroom is made of double-layer fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), with a 25mm-thick insulation layer filled between the two layers. This design effectively blocks the transfer of external heat, maintaining a relatively stable internal temperature in cold weather to provide users with a more comfortable usage environment; in hot weather, it also reduces the impact of external high temperatures on the interior of the restroom, slowing down the rate of temperature increase inside.
  • Appearance and Shape: The restroom has a U-shaped arc design, which offers multiple advantages. On one hand, it reduces the windward area of the mobile toilet, lowering the wind resistance coefficient, enabling the mobile toilet to better withstand strong winds during typhoons and other severe weather conditions, enhancing its stability; on the other hand, the U-shaped arc design also makes the appearance of the mobile toilet more aesthetically pleasing and streamlined.

Base Design

  • Material: The base is made of single-layer fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), taking into account factors such as cost and weight while ensuring a certain level of strength and stability.
  • Appearance and Function: The outer surface of the base is coated with a silk-painted marble layer, which not only provides a visually appealing effect but also offers sun protection and UV resistance, extending the service life of the base. Additionally, the exterior of the base features a counterclockwise spiral staircase design, which not only adds uniqueness and aesthetic appeal to the appearance of the mobile toilet but also saves floor space, allowing for more reasonable layout within limited space.
