Considering these factors, Jimunai County has chosen to suspend the use of some mobile toilets during this period to ensure the safety of the facilities and their subsequent normal operation.
Suspension Locations: The mobile restrooms on the west side of Sports Park and the second restroom in Sports Park. The mobile toilets at these two locations may face more prominent issues in winter due to factors such as geographical location and facility conditions. For instance, the mobile restroom on the west side of Sports Park may be located in a windy area, where strong winds and lower temperatures in winter accelerate facility damage. The second restroom in Sports Park may have drainage problems, making it more prone to freezing and blockages in winter.
Alternative Solution: Residents can use the first restroom in Sports Park, which remains operational 24 hours a day in winter. The first restroom in Sports Park may have been optimized and improved in terms of heating facilities and drainage systems to adapt to the cold winter environment. It may be equipped with more efficient heating equipment, such as radiators, to ensure a comfortable temperature inside the restroom. The drainage system may also feature special anti-freeze designs to prevent pipe freezing. In this way, residents can still conveniently use sanitary facilities to meet their daily needs despite the suspension of some mobile toilets.
