Weixian Mobile Toilet Rental Contract
Although there is no unified template for mobile toilet rental contracts in Weixian, they typically include the following key elements, which can serve as a reference framework:

I. Rental Item and Description
The contract should clearly specify the details of the rented mobile toilets, including quantity, model, specifications, and equipment configuration (such as whether they are equipped with septic tanks, ventilation systems, lighting fixtures, etc.). For example, it can be agreed that 'Party A provides X units of XX-type mobile toilets, each equipped with an XX-liter septic tank, automatic flushing device, and LED lighting.' This clause aims to avoid disputes arising from equipment differences and ensure that the rental items meet Party B's actual needs.
II. Rental Period
The start and end dates should be specified, or the rental period can be calculated based on the actual number of days used. For example: 'The rental period shall be from ____ year __ month __ day to ____ year __ month __ day, and Party B shall return the equipment in good condition upon expiration'; or 'The rental period shall be from the date of delivery to the date of retrieval, with less than one day counted as one day, and any rental period exceeding the agreed term shall be settled based on the actual number of days.' Clearly defining the period can avoid disputes caused by ambiguous time boundaries.
III. Rental Fee and Payment Method
- Total Rental Fee: The amount and its written expression in capital letters should be specified, such as 'The total rental fee is ________ yuan (in capital letters: ____________________).'
- Payment Milestones: It can be agreed that an advance payment (e.g., 30%) shall be made within X days after the contract is signed, and the remaining balance shall be paid off X days before the end of the rental period.
- Payment Method: Usually, bank transfer is used, and Party A's account information should be provided. Some contracts charge by the day, such as 'The rental fee is XX yuan per day, and Party B shall pay the full amount before the end of the rental period.'
IV. Responsibilities of Both Parties
- Party A's Responsibilities: Ensure that the equipment complies with national standards; be responsible for transportation, installation, maintenance, cleaning, and disinfection; in some contracts, Party A bears the transportation and installation costs, while Party B is responsible for daily maintenance.
- Party B's Responsibilities: Pay the rental fee on time; use the equipment reasonably and prohibit unauthorized modifications or damage; maintain hygiene and prohibit subletting; some contracts require Party B to prepare water and electricity pipelines in advance, and Party A provides free installation guidance.
V. Liability for Breach of Contract
- Party A's Breach: If Party A fails to provide equipment that meets the requirements, it shall pay a penalty and compensate for losses; if the equipment cannot be used normally due to Party A's reasons, Party A shall bear corresponding responsibilities.
- Party B's Breach: If Party B fails to pay the rental fee on time or violates the usage regulations, it shall pay a penalty and compensate for losses; in case of overdue payment, damage to the equipment, or failure to return it, Party B shall bear additional costs.
VI. Other Clauses
- The contract shall take effect upon the signatures and seals of both parties, with two copies, one for each party.
- Any matters not covered herein shall be resolved through negotiation, and if negotiation fails, they can be handled through arbitration or litigation.
- Some contracts stipulate that Party A has the right of interpretation; when Party B returns the equipment, Party A shall inspect and accept it, and if it does not meet the requirements, Party A may request rectification or compensation; Party B shall comply with laws and regulations and shall not use the equipment for illegal activities.
