Weinan Safety Mobile Toilet Project

The Weinan Safety Mobile Toilet Project is a specialized project implemented to meet the toilet needs of approximately 500 personnel at a construction site located at XX Road, Linwei District, Weinan City. It plans to set up 10 container-type steel-structured single mobile toilets with a designed service life of 18 months, which can be relocated and reused later, with an estimated construction period of 15 days.

Toilet Specifications: Each toilet measures 3.6 meters in length × 2.4 meters in width × 2.8 meters in height, with 4 independent compartments (2 for men and 2 for women), equipped with flushing systems, ventilation and deodorization devices, and simple handwashing stations. The foundation adopts a C20 concrete strip foundation with a burial depth of 0.5 meters; the water supply system is connected to the municipal water network and equipped with a 200L water storage tank; the drainage system uses a three-stage septic tank for treatment, with a pipe diameter of DN110 UPVC pipe; the power supply system is AC220V single-phase, supporting LED lighting and exhaust fan operation.
2. Construction Process: The process proceeds in the order of 'site leveling → foundation construction → main body hoisting → water and electricity installation → interior decoration → commissioning and acceptance'. Among them, earth excavation requires manual bottom cleaning and the setting up of drainage ditches; steel bar binding uses HRB400 Φ12 steel bars with a spacing of 200mm; concrete pouring uses commercial concrete, with a slump controlled within 180±20mm and a curing period of ≥7 days; the speed limit for main body transportation is within 40km/h.

II. Technical and Management Points

1. Technical Preparation: Organize the study of the 'Environmental and Hygiene Standards for Construction Sites' (JGJ146-2019), complete the review of construction drawings and safety technical briefings, and conduct sampling inspections of incoming materials.
2. On-site Management: Site leveling must achieve a compaction degree of ≥90%; set up a 15㎡ material storage shed and provide fire-fighting equipment; use a total station for positioning control piles, with errors controlled within allowable limits.
3. Resource Allocation: The project manager must hold a first-class constructor certificate, and special operation personnel such as electricians and welders must be certified; equipment includes excavators, 16t cranes, and concrete mixers, etc.
