Water-Flush Mobile Toilet Construction

Admin September 21, 2026

The construction of water-flush mobile toilets requires a focus on component inspection, installation specifications, and sewage removal guarantees. The specific steps and key points are as follows:

1. Pre-construction Preparation: Component Inspection and Site Confirmation Upon receiving the equipment, it is necessary to immediately open the package and inspect the completeness of the components, including key parts such as the flushing device, sewage tank, water supply connector, crane hook (if equipped), and exhaust pipe. If any components are missing or damaged, contact the supplier promptly for replacements. Additionally, confirm that the construction site meets the conditions of stable water supply and convenient sewage disposal, such as connecting to municipal water supply pipelines in urban construction areas and reserving sewage tank removal channels. If site conditions are limited (e.g., insufficient water pressure or excessive sewage disposal distance), adjust the construction plan in advance or choose another type of toilet.

2. Installation Process: Follow the Instructions Precisely Installation must strictly adhere to the product instructions, typically involving the following steps:

  • Secure the Base: Place the toilet body on a flat surface and fix it with bolts or expansion screws to ensure stability.
  • Connect the Water Supply System: Connect the external water pipe to the inlet of the flushing device, use a sealing gasket to prevent leaks, and test whether the water pressure meets the flushing requirements (generally ≥0.2MPa).
  • Install the Sewage Tank: Seal the connection between the sewage tank and the toilet's drainage outlet. Some products require an additional guide pipe to prevent blockages. If equipped with a crane hook, confirm that the hook's load-bearing capacity matches the weight of the sewage tank (usually ≥500kg).
  • Install Auxiliary Components: Extend the exhaust pipe outdoors to reduce odors, with a recommended height of ≥2.5 meters. If the toilet is equipped with lighting or ventilation systems, connect them to the power supply and test their functionality simultaneously.

3. Post-construction Inspection: Function Testing and Removal Planning After installation, conduct a flush test to check whether waste can be smoothly flushed into the sewage tank without leaks. Additionally, plan the sewage tank removal route, such as agreeing on a removal frequency with the sanitation department (usually every 2-3 days) or equipping with a mobile sewage suction truck. If the sewage tank overflows without timely treatment, it may cause odor diffusion or equipment damage. Therefore, post the responsible person's contact information outside the toilet for sewage removal.

4. Construction Advantages and Limitations The core advantage of water-flush mobile toilets lies in their user experience, which is close to that of fixed public toilets, with better odor control than dry toilets and no need for frequent replacement of consumables (such as packing bags). However, their limitations include dependence on the water supply system; if the construction area experiences a water outage, the toilet cannot be used. The sewage tank has a limited capacity (usually 200-500L) and requires regular removal to prevent overflow. Therefore, it is necessary to fully evaluate site conditions before construction to ensure the sustainability of water supply and sewage disposal.
