Water-Flush Mobile Environmental Toilet

Admin October 05, 2026

The water-flush mobile environmental toilet is a public sanitation facility designed based on new materials and water-saving technologies, requiring connection to water supply and drainage pipes for normal use.

Structure and Materials

The frame of the water-flush mobile environmental toilet is welded using national standard steel, ensuring structural stability. The surface is covered with anti-corrosion and fire-resistant materials such as color-coated steel plates or carved panels, with a service life of over 20 years. The exterior wall materials offer a wide range of options, including color-coated steel plates, metal carved panels, aluminum-plastic panels, and anti-corrosion wood, balancing durability and aesthetics. Internally, it is equipped with an independent urinal partition treatment system. The urine channel utilizes gravity flow design, while the fecal channel achieves automatic cleaning through a piston-type scraper mechanism, reducing manual intervention. The floor is made of anti-slip materials and is equipped with automatic flushing toilet bowls and ventilation and lighting systems, complying with the GBLT18091-92 standard to ensure safety and hygiene during use.

Water-Saving Technologies

Some products achieve water-saving functions through rainwater collection and filtration systems and secondary flushing technology using hand-washing water. For example, by automatically collecting hand-washing water and adding a special agent, only 0.46 liters of water are needed per flush, significantly reducing water consumption. Additionally, the technology types include foam-sealing type, water-free packing type, and water-saving flushing type. Among them, the water-saving flushing type reduces water consumption while ensuring cleaning effectiveness through optimized water flow design.

Application Scenarios and Configurations

The product line covers细分场景 (sub-scenarios) such as temporary toilets for construction sites, scenic area and garden toilets, and vehicle-mounted toilets, widely used in public places such as scenic areas, service areas, and rural areas. Standard configurations include stainless steel or ceramic toilet bowls (urinals), coat hooks, vanity mirrors, waste bins, and lighting fixtures, meeting basic usage needs. Optional configurations include smart toilet systems (such as real-time usage status monitoring), central heating and cooling air conditioners, and air purifiers, enhancing user experience and comfort.

Environmental Adaptability

Operating at a voltage of 220V, it can function normally within an extreme temperature range of -45°C to 50°C, adapting to environments in extremely cold or hot regions. Its modular design facilitates quick installation and relocation, making it particularly suitable for places with strong temporary or mobile demands.

Technical Classification and Expandability

Based on different treatment methods, the technology types are divided into foam-sealing type (reducing odors through foam coverage), water-free packing type (using biodegradable bags to collect excreta), and water-saving flushing type (relying on a small amount of water for flushing). Users can choose the appropriate type according to actual needs or achieve functional expansion through combined configurations, such as adding deodorization systems or solar power supply modules, further enhancing environmental protection and energy-saving characteristics.
