Vehicle-mounted Mobile Toilet Scan to Use
Some vehicle-mounted mobile toilets in Fujian have adopted a scan-to-use method. Users need to scan the QR code on the toilet to enter and then pay a fee. After payment, they can operate the toilet via their mobile phones and see a countdown timer, but there are special circumstances regarding the actual usage rules. Details are as follows:

Usage Process: When using some vehicle-mounted mobile toilets in Fujian, users first need to scan the QR code on the toilet with their mobile phones. After scanning, they will be directed to a payment page to complete the fee payment (there has been a case where the fee was 10 yuan per use). After successful payment, an operation page will pop up on the mobile phone, with two options: 'Open' and 'End Order'. Users can click the 'Open' option to use the toilet normally.
Countdown Display: After the user clicks the 'Open' option, the mobile phone screen will display a usage countdown. However, this countdown is not a strict time limit for toilet usage. Some operators have responded that the duration shown in the mini-program represents the period during which no one else can scan the code to enter the toilet, providing the current user with a relatively independent usage space.
Actual Usage Rules: Although there is a countdown displayed on the mobile phone screen, the time for using the toilet is actually unlimited. After the countdown ends, the toilet door lock will not open automatically, and people outside cannot open the door lock by scanning the code. When the user has finished using the toilet, they can use the key inside the door to open the door lock and end the usage. If the user feels that the time is insufficient during usage, they can also choose to renew the fee to extend the so-called 'occupancy period' and continue using the toilet; if they want to stop using it halfway, they can directly click 'End Order' on the mobile phone.
This type of vehicle-mounted mobile toilet that uses a scan-to-use method achieves convenience in usage management and fee collection through technological means. At the same time, through special rule design, it to some extent safeguards the privacy and usage experience of users.
