Urban Mobile Toilet Installation
Admin September 23, 2026
The installation of urban mobile toilets requires selecting appropriate methods based on the specific type. Generally, the installation steps for regular mobile toilets and mobile commodes (included in some mobile toilets) are different. Here is a detailed introduction:

Installation of Regular Mobile Toilets
- Tool Preparation: After receiving the goods, prepare tools such as an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, and a rivet gun in advance. These tools are essential for the subsequent installation process. The electric drill is used for drilling holes, the 4.2-millimeter drill bit matches the rivet specifications, and the rivet gun is used to fix components.
- Corner Installation: Install the inner corners one by one first. Inner corners are an important part of the mobile toilet's structure. Proper installation of inner corners ensures the stability of the entire toilet frame. When installing inner corners, ensure their positions are accurate and the connections are firm.
- Panel Assembly: Insert the panels into the slots and align them for assembly. This step requires careful operation to ensure tight and flat connections between the panels, avoiding gaps or misalignments. If the assembly is not neat, it will not only affect the appearance of the toilet but may also lead to water leakage during use.
- Component Fixation: Use the drill bit to drill holes in the assembled panels, then insert rivets and fix them with the rivet gun. The positions and number of holes to be drilled should be determined according to the design requirements to ensure that the rivets can firmly fix the various components and make the entire mobile toilet structure more stable.
Installation of Mobile Commodes (Included in Some Mobile Toilets)
- Check Accessories: After receiving the package, open it and check if all accessories are present. This is a necessary step before installation. If any accessories are missing, it may affect the installation progress and usage effect.
- Install Anti-Slip Pads: Place the silicone anti-slip pads in the four bottom corners. Silicone anti-slip pads can increase the friction between the mobile commode and the ground, preventing sliding during use and improving safety.
- Assemble the Commode Body: Align the upper and lower commode bodies and press down on the buckles to secure them. During assembly, ensure accurate alignment of the upper and lower commode bodies and tight buckling to avoid looseness or water leakage.
