Urban Management Bureau Mobile Toilets
The Urban Management Bureau has taken various measures regarding mobile toilets to meet the toilet needs in different scenarios and enhance public service levels.

Beijing: In 2025, Beijing will continue to deepen the "Toilet Revolution." A newly improved modular mobile toilet has been set up in the park north of Mingguang Bridge in Haidian District. This mobile toilet has fully considered the needs of special groups in its design. It has added barrier-free toilet compartments equipped with children's toilets, baby changing tables, safety handrails, and emergency call devices, providing convenient and safe toilet environments for children, the elderly, and those with mobility issues.
Jiangbei District, Chongqing: To address the potential "toilet difficulty" that elderly people may encounter when upgrading their public transport senior citizen cards, the Environmental Sanitation Management Office of Jiangbei District has dispatched three single-unit mobile toilets and one vehicle-mounted mobile toilet to the site. These mobile toilets are all equipped with basic facilities such as sinks and mirrors. Cleaning staff are also arranged around to maintain real-time cleanliness and hygiene. Moreover, the mobile toilets are not fixed installations; they can be flexibly adjusted according to the changes in on-site pedestrian traffic, improving resource utilization efficiency.
Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province: Under the guidance of the Municipal Urban Management Bureau, the Jianggan District Urban Management Bureau in Hangzhou introduced from Xiamen and jointly built with Sijiqing Subdistrict the first movable landscape toilet in Hangzhou. This toilet is produced and completed as a whole in the factory and then transported to the site for hoisting and installation. It can be used after connecting to pipelines and can be relocated as needed later, saving construction costs. Internally, it is equipped with facilities such as urinals, squat toilets, and sinks. It also features functions like playing music when the door is closed, automatic flushing when the door is opened, and deodorization and sterilization, enhancing the user experience. Indicator signs are set up around to facilitate citizens' search.
Huiji District, Zhengzhou, Henan Province: The Huiji District Urban Management Bureau has carried out quality improvement actions for public toilets in its jurisdiction. Some public toilets are equipped with third toilets, which have children's toilets, safety handrails, baby changing tables, low-position sinks, etc. They have also added barrier-free handrails and emergency call devices, regularly stocked free toilet paper, hand soap, and convenient medicine kits, and upgraded the ventilation and deodorization systems. At the same time, there are service stations beside the public toilets, providing free water, rest areas, and mobile phone charging services for sanitation workers, food delivery riders, couriers, etc.
