Truck Mobile Toilet Installation Guide
Admin October 07, 2026
Here is the installation guide for truck mobile toilets:

I. Site Assessment and Preparation Before installation, conduct a comprehensive measurement of the designated area:
- Levelness Detection: Use a level to ensure that the ground error is within a minimal range, preventing structural instability due to tilting.
- Soil Bearing Capacity Analysis: Evaluate the soil's bearing capacity based on the toilet's self-weight and usage frequency. If insufficient, pour a concrete foundation to enhance stability.
- Underground Pipeline Inspection: Use professional equipment to detect the distribution of underground pipelines, avoiding damage to existing facilities during construction.
- Space Dimension Confirmation: Reserve sufficient operating space to ensure toilet door opening, maintenance access, and ventilation requirements.
II. Confirm Sewage Disposal Method Choose an appropriate plan based on the toilet type:
- Packing/Microbial Degradation Type: No need to connect to sewage pipelines; can be directly moved to the designated location.
- Flush Type: Plan the sewer pipeline in advance to ensure that sewage discharge complies with environmental standards and is connected to the municipal sewer network or an independent septic tank.
III. Main Structure Positioning and Fixing
- Non-connected to Sewage Pipeline: Place the box steadily on a prefabricated foundation or adjustable legs, achieving rigid connection through bolt tightening or welding to prevent displacement.
- Connected to Sewage Pipeline: Lay the sewage pipeline before positioning the box, ensuring a slope of ≥2% (meeting fluid discharge requirements) and using sealing rings or hot-melt connections to prevent leakage.
IV. Handling and Lifting
- Balance Point Positioning: For toilets with a pointed roof design, the balance point is close to the top; for those with a flat roof design, pre-installed hooks are usually used as the focal point.
- Type-specific Operations:
- Small Toilets (less than 4 seats): Equip with casters at the bottom and complete short-distance movement through manual pushing.
- Large Toilets: Use a crane for lifting, which must be operated by professionals to avoid tipping over or collision.
V. Functional System Connection and Inspection
- Pipeline Connection:
- Water Supply Pipeline: Install anti-freezing devices (in northern regions) and pressure relief valves to prevent equipment damage due to excessive water pressure.
- Electrical Circuit: Use waterproof cables and ensure reliable grounding to avoid electric shock risks.
- Ventilation Pipeline: Connect the exhaust fan to the outdoor vent to ensure air circulation.
- Wastewater Treatment Debugging: If the toilet has its own treatment unit, test the operational status of the biochemical or physical filtration device to ensure compliant discharge.
VI. Overall Verification and Adaptive Fine-tuning
- Functional Testing: Check the sensitivity and stability of components such as door locks, flushing devices, lighting fixtures, and exhaust fans.
- Structural Re-inspection: Confirm the firmness of internal accessories such as handrails and storage racks, adjust the slope of ramps (≤1:12), and set warning signs to comply with accessibility standards.
VII. Cleaning and Disinfection Treatment Use environmentally friendly disinfectants to thoroughly clean internal facilities such as toilets and sinks, removing construction residues to ensure odor-free and safe use.
