Prefabricated House Construction Plan
Admin September 18, 2026
The prefabricated house construction plan mainly includes three types: custom-made prefabricated houses, prefabricated house beams, and a combination of prefabricated slabs and cast-in-place bands. Details are as follows:

Custom-Made Prefabricated House Construction Plan
- Project Background: With the acceleration of urbanization, traditional construction methods have highlighted issues in terms of environmental protection, efficiency, and cost. As a new construction method, prefabricated houses offer advantages such as energy conservation, environmental protection, and rapid construction.
- Construction Preparation: The construction site needs to level the ground, set up temporary facilities, and ensure good construction roads; organize the construction team and conduct construction technical training; purchase prefabricated components and auxiliary materials that meet standards.
- Construction Process: First, carry out foundation construction, including foundation treatment, formwork making, and concrete pouring; then, use appropriate tools to safely transport the prefabricated components and stack them in order in designated areas; next, assemble components such as walls, roofs, and floor slabs in sequence according to design requirements, using connection methods such as bolts and welding; finally, carry out interior and exterior decoration according to design requirements.
- Construction Quality Control: Ensure that raw materials meet design requirements and quality standards; strictly follow construction processes and quality standards during construction; conduct acceptance of concealed works.
- Construction Schedule Arrangement: Foundation construction is expected to take 15 days, transportation and storage of prefabricated components are expected to take 5 days, assembly is expected to take 20 days, interior and exterior decoration is expected to take 30 days, and completion acceptance is expected to take 5 days, totaling an expected 85 days.
- Cost Control: In terms of material costs, strictly purchase according to design requirements to avoid waste; in terms of labor costs, reasonably arrange construction personnel to improve construction efficiency.
Prefabricated House Beam Construction Plan
- Project Overview: For the construction of houses in a residential community with a total construction area of about 100,000 square meters and 12 residential buildings, prefabricated beams are used as part of the main structure, offering advantages such as fast construction speed, stable quality, and good seismic performance.
- Construction Preparation: Organize construction technicians to learn and train on the process, familiarize themselves with the drawings, and prepare the plan; prepare materials such as steel bars and concrete and corresponding equipment; establish construction teams, clarify responsibilities, and conduct safety and technical briefings; determine storage sites, build transportation channels, and set up lifting equipment.
- Construction Process: First, make prefabricated beams, including steel bar processing, concrete pouring, and curing; then, select appropriate vehicles for transportation and pay attention to protecting the beams; next, check the lifting equipment and lift it to the designated position according to design requirements; then, carry out positioning and connection; finally, conduct appearance, size, and quality inspections.
- Quality Control: Focus on controlling the manufacturing quality of prefabricated beams.
Combination Plan of Prefabricated Slabs and Cast-in-Place Bands
- Plan Core: Use cast-in-place concrete bands to “lock” the scattered prefabricated slabs into a whole.
- Prefabricated Slab Selection: Choose “prestressed hollow slabs” with round holes in the middle for the type, and ensure they are “national standard qualified products” for the grade. Check for cracks, chipped corners, and whether the concrete at both ends is solid in appearance. They can be purchased from local regular prefabricated slab factories.
- Cast-in-Place Band Construction Method: Place them directly above load-bearing walls, and set them at all joints of prefabricated slabs. The width is generally 15 to 20 centimeters.
