2 Mobile Toilets

Admin September 21, 2026

Two mobile toilets can typically adopt a double-compartment or double-unit design, with specific structural and functional characteristics as follows:

I. Double-Compartment Mobile Toilets

Double-compartment mobile toilets consist of two independent toilet compartments connected by a common area, with an overall length of approximately 2.5 meters and a single-sided layout design. Their core structures include:

  • Common Area: A common handwashing sink is installed in the middle, using sheet metal spraying technology for a corrosion-resistant and easy-to-clean surface; it is decorated with aluminum-plastic panels in the front to enhance aesthetics and durability.
  • Independent Toilet Compartments: Each compartment is equipped with an independent door lock to ensure privacy; internally, they include sanitary fixtures (such as toilets or squat pans), flush tanks (already adjusted), and small storage spaces.
  • Ventilation System: Air circulation is achieved through the collaboration of a top exhaust fan and sidewall louvers, reducing the accumulation of odors.
  • Mobility Devices: Detachable wheels or towing structures are installed at the bottom for easy transportation and rapid deployment.

II. Double-Unit Mobile Toilets

Double-unit mobile toilets feature a design where two independent toilet units share the same outer shell, emphasizing functionality and safety, suitable for outdoor scenarios:

  • Safety Design: The electrical system is equipped with an air switch (circuit breaker) to prevent overloading or electrical leakage; the walls are made of fire-resistant and waterproof materials to ensure electrical safety.
  • Sanitation System: Each toilet unit is independently equipped with a flush tank and sewage pipes; fecal sewage is stored in a sealed tank or connected to an external disposal device; some models are equipped with an automatic disinfectant dispensing function to enhance cleanliness.
  • Ventilation and Lighting: Sidewall louvers balance internal and external air pressure, while the top exhaust fan accelerates air exchange; natural lighting windows reduce energy consumption and prevent internal darkness.
  • Structural Composition: Includes flooring (anti-slip treatment), roof (waterproof and heat-insulating), mobility devices (such as trailer chassis), and grooming equipment (optional handwashing sink).

III. Universal Components and Functions

Regardless of the double-compartment or double-unit design, mobile toilets include the following core modules:

  • Fecal Treatment System: Storage tanks or disposal devices (such as microbial degradation, packaging type) achieve harmless treatment.
  • Water and Electrical Systems: Water tank capacity is configured according to usage scenarios, with some models supporting external water sources; the electrical system can be adapted to solar or mains power.
  • Walls and Roof: Lightweight and high-strength materials (such as fiberglass reinforced plastic, color-coated steel plates) are used, balancing durability and portability.

Both designs meet different scenario requirements through modular combinations, with double-compartment designs focusing on space utilization and shared public facilities, while double-unit designs emphasize independence and rapid deployment capabilities.
