Tourism Mobile Toilet Manufacturing
Tourism mobile toilet manufacturing involves multiple aspects such as material selection, structural form, mobility method, sewage treatment method, and adherence to design principles.

In terms of material selection, there are various options. The overall structure can be welded using thickened galvanized square tubes, which are sturdy and durable, capable of withstanding a certain degree of external impact. The toilet frame can also be welded using high-density galvanized steel, with high-strength thickened galvanized steel plates used for the exterior walls and roof panels, effectively resisting erosion from the external environment and extending the service life of the toilet. Additionally, materials such as fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) and polyethylene are also commonly used in the manufacturing of tourism mobile toilets. FRP is characterized by its lightweight yet high strength and corrosion resistance, while polyethylene offers good chemical stability and flexibility.
In terms of structural form, tourism mobile toilets are mainly divided into single-unit and composite-structure mobile toilets. Single-unit mobile toilets are relatively independent, offering flexibility in installation and use. Composite-structure mobile toilets, on the other hand, are composed of multiple single units and can be expanded and adjusted according to actual needs.
Based on mobility method, there are lifting and handling-type mobile toilets, which are suitable for use in open spaces with lifting equipment. Power-driven and towed-type mobile toilets have the ability to move autonomously or be towed by vehicles, facilitating rapid transfer between different locations.
Sewage treatment method is also a crucial aspect of tourism mobile toilet manufacturing. Common types include flush and non-flush suction-type mobile toilets. Flush-type toilets provide a better user experience but require supporting water sources and sewage treatment facilities. Non-flush suction-type toilets collect feces and other waste using suction equipment for centralized treatment. Recirculating flush-type mobile toilets can purify and reuse water after use, conserving water resources. Dry-packing-type mobile toilets package feces and other waste in biodegradable bags, requiring no water and suitable for water-scarce areas.
Manufacturing tourism mobile toilets also requires adherence to certain design principles, ensuring mobility, cost-effectiveness, durability, environmental friendliness, ecological benefits, efficiency enhancement, and humanitarian considerations. The overall structure should be as lightweight as possible, using lightweight yet durable materials while ensuring structural robustness. The height and width of the toilet should be reasonably controlled during design, and the mobility devices should be complete and reasonable. For example, some mobile toilets are equipped with asphalt shingles on top, mobile hooks for easy lifting and movement, and rain-proof corridors, all of which enhance the practicality and convenience of the mobile toilets.
