Tongchuan Mobile Toilet Project

Admin September 21, 2026

The Tongchuan Mobile Toilet Project is a modern public sanitation facility construction project centered around modular steel structures, integrating environmental protection technologies and intelligent equipment. It is primarily applied in scenarios such as construction sites and scenic spots, featuring rapid deployment, environmental friendliness, and durability.

I. Technical Standards and Core Parameters
The project is designed in accordance with the 'Urban Public Toilet Design Standard' (CJJ 14-2025) and local operational management norms. The main structure utilizes a Q235 galvanized steel frame, with walls made of 40mm thick metal carved panels, floors paved with anti-slip marble, and interiors integrated with environmentally friendly panels. It is equipped with a biodegradation treatment system and intelligent sensing equipment, capable of withstanding extreme temperatures ranging from -25℃ to 40℃, with a designed service life of 15 years and a daily reception capacity of 200 people. The modular design enables mobility, easy installation, and environmental hygiene.

II. Material Acceptance and Storage Specifications

  1. Steel Acceptance: Columns are made of 100×100×2mm rectangular steel tubes, and beams are 50×100×1.5mm square tubes, requiring material certificates and 100% ultrasonic flaw detection.
  2. Panel Inspection: The thickness error of exterior wall carved panels should be ≤±0.3mm, with a fire rating of B1; interior wall integrated panels should have a formaldehyde emission ≤0.05mg/m³ and a water absorption expansion rate ≤12%.
  3. Environmental Protection Materials: Biodegradation bacterial agents should contain an effective viable count ≥2.0×10⁸ CFU/g, with a total heavy metal content <0.1%.
  4. Storage Requirements: Steel should be stored off the ground and covered with waterproof cloth; panels should be stacked to a height ≤1.5m; electronic equipment should be stored in an environment with controlled temperature and humidity (5-35℃, relative humidity ≤70%) and kept away from strong magnetic fields.

III. Construction Techniques and Processes

  1. Foundation Construction: The site bearing capacity should be ≥150kPa, with collapsible loess requiring lime-soil replacement; the concrete foundation should be grade C30, with embedded parts hot-dip galvanized and a drainage slope set at 2%.
  2. Main Body Installation: Full scaffolding should be used for support, with M12 high-strength bolts connecting the frame, and verticality deviation ≤H/1000 and ≤15mm; modules should be spliced using a 5-ton truck crane, with lifting points conforming to specifications.
  3. Process Steps: Site cleaning → foundation excavation → rebar tying → concrete pouring → main frame assembly → module splicing → equipment debugging.

IV. Typical Cases
The smart zero-emission mobile toilets on the Tongchuan 318 Sichuan-Tibet Highway and the large-scale prefabricated smart public toilets at Chaka Salt Lake have both passed acceptance inspections and been put into use, verifying the feasibility and adaptability of the project's technology.
