Tongchuan Mobile Toilet Construction Plan
Currently, a complete construction plan specifically tailored for mobile toilets in Tongchuan has not been found. However, a general plan can be formulated by combining relevant cases in Tongchuan and general information on mobile toilet construction, as detailed below:

I. Project Overview
Mobile toilets are suitable for large-scale event venues, tourist attractions, and temporary transportation hubs in Tongchuan. They adopt a modular design, with the main body assembled from prefabricated steel structures or composite panel modules. During transportation, they are disassembled into several major components for rapid on-site assembly. Additionally, configurations can be adjusted according to the usage scenario, such as equipping with flush-free toilets, rainwater collection systems, or solar power supply devices to reduce reliance on municipal networks. For example, after the demolition of the original dry toilet at the entrance of Lvchanggoukou in Yintai District, Tongchuan, the planned new mobile public toilet needs to be functionally adapted according to local actual needs.
II. Construction Deployment
- Overall Objectives and Principles: Set "four compliance" objectives, namely quality compliance (the main structure has a wind resistance rating of ≥8 and passes waterproof testing without leakage), safety compliance (zero casualties during construction and no risk of tipping after commissioning), schedule compliance (completion of conventional projects from site entry to delivery within 72 hours), and environmental compliance (construction noise ≤60 decibels and 100% classified removal of construction waste). The construction principle adheres to "underground before above-ground, main body before decoration" to avoid rework and waste.
- Organizational Structure and Responsibilities: Form a dedicated team of 5-8 people, including a project manager for overall coordination, a technical leader responsible for drawings and specifications, a construction team leader leading 3-4 installers for specific operations, a safety officer for full-time patrols, and a logistics officer for coordinating materials and tools.
- Construction Site Preparation: Prior to formal construction, complete site surveys, measure ground flatness with a total station, and focus on identifying underground cables and water pipes to ensure construction safety.
III. Construction Points for Special Types of Mobile Toilets (Taking Foam-Type as an Example)
Foam-type mobile toilets use foam to seal the toilet's drainage outlet, making them suitable for locations lacking fixed water supply and drainage networks. The key technical features lie in the foam system and foam stability. Operation and maintenance require regular replenishment of foam liquid, inspection of air pumps and pipelines, cleaning of toilets, and monitoring of the liquid level in the sewage storage tank. When constructing in Tongchuan, appropriate foam liquid and equipment should be selected according to local climate and water quality conditions to ensure the normal operation of the toilets.
