Toilet Mobile Sliding Door Installation
Admin October 13, 2026
The installation of a toilet mobile sliding door should follow standard procedures to ensure stability and user experience. The specific steps are as follows:

1. Basic Positioning and Fixing
- Vertical Positioning: Use a spirit level to mark vertical reference lines on both sides of the door opening to ensure the verticality of the frame installation. For hidden tracks, an additional hot-dip galvanized square tube should be used to weld a false beam. The height of the false beam should be 2 - 3 centimeters lower than the subsequent ceiling to reserve space for track installation.
- Frame Fixing: Apply structural adhesive on the vertical reference lines and preliminarily fix the frame to the wall. The structural adhesive can enhance the bonding strength and fill small gaps. If the wall is made of lightweight materials (such as gypsum board), install a woodworking board or expansion bolts in advance for reinforcement.
2. Track Installation
- Suspended Track and Floor Track Fixing:
- Suspended Track: According to the height of the false beam or ceiling, fix the track to the false beam or ceiling with expansion bolts, ensuring that the track is level and perpendicular to the wall.
- Floor Track: If the design includes a floor track, clear the debris on the ground, adjust the ground flatness with cement self-leveling or wooden wedges, and then fix the floor track to the ground with screws to avoid door body sliding jams caused by track height differences.
- Hidden Track Handling: For hidden tracks, embed the track into the false beam or ceiling. After installation, fill the gaps with sealant to prevent dust from entering.
3. Pulley Debugging
- After hanging the door body into the track, manually push the door body to test its sliding smoothness. If there is jamming or abnormal noise, adjust the height or tightness of the pulleys:
- Loosen the fixing screws of the pulleys at the top of the door body and slightly adjust the position of the pulleys up and down to ensure uniform gaps between the door body and the track.
- Repeat the test until the door body slides without resistance and automatically aligns with the door frame when closed.
4. Door Body Installation and Finishing
- Door Body Fixing: Fully push the door body into the track and install a damping device (such as a buffer) to reduce the impact force when closing the door and extend the service life of the pulleys.
- Door Lock Installation: Select an appropriate door lock according to the material of the door body (such as glass or wood). Drill holes and fix the lock body to ensure that the lock tongue aligns with the lock hole in the door frame.
- Edge Sealing: Apply glass glue at the joints between the door frame and the wall and the ground to seal the gaps and improve aesthetics. Choose mold-resistant glass glue to prevent blackening in humid environments.
Precautions: Before installation, check whether the size of the door opening matches the door body, and ensure that the track installation avoids water and electricity lines. If it is a glass door, use safety glass and attach explosion-proof film.
