Toilet Mobile Glass Installation
The installation of mobile glass in toilets mainly involves the installation of pulleys for mobile glass doors, requiring the preparation of tools and following standardized procedures.

Tool Preparation
Before installation, prepare tools such as screwdrivers, Phillips screwdrivers, plumb bobs, 2-millimeter hex wrenches, tweezers, and pencils. These tools play crucial roles in subsequent steps such as removing old pulleys, installing new pulleys, and adjusting pulley positions. For example, screwdrivers and Phillips screwdrivers are used to remove and install screws on the pulley frames, while plumb bobs are used to adjust pulley positions to keep them vertical.
Removing Old Pulleys and Installing New Pulleys
- Removing the toilet door: Take down the toilet door and lay a soft pad on the ground to prevent the door from hitting the floor and damaging the surface.
- Removing old pulleys: Examine the old pulleys. Use screwdrivers and Phillips screwdrivers to unscrew the frame screws of the pulleys counterclockwise. Be careful to turn them slowly to avoid damaging the pulley frames. Then, use tweezers to remove the curved cards from the pulley frames and take out the bearing of the lower pulley to remove the old pulleys.
- Installing new pulleys: Insert the bearing of the new pulley into the center hole, ensuring it is vertical. Then, insert it into the card. Tighten the curved cards on the pulley frames. If the cards do not fit or there are gaps, adjust the bearing of the lower pulley or the guide screws. During installation, the outer frame of the pulley must be kept vertical to the slide rail. Any tilt will affect the normal use of the glass door.
Adjusting Pulley Positions
- Use a plumb bob to adjust the pulley positions to keep them vertical and mark the vertical positions with a pencil.
- Reinstall the glass door in its original position. Move the glass door to the closed position and check if the pulley positions are parallel to the ground. If not, adjust the pulley positions.
- Adjust the heights of the pulleys in sequence until the glass door is completely parallel to the ground, ensuring smooth opening and closing of the glass door without any jamming.
If it is a mobile fiberglass toilet, its interior adopts an integrated design, including an independent sewage collection tank, a foot-pedal or sensor-based flushing system, a mechanical ventilation device, and a lighting system. All pipelines are pre-embedded in the factory, and only the main water inlet and sewage outlet need to be connected on-site for immediate operation.
