Tianshui Flush Mobile Ecological Toilet

Admin October 22, 2026

The Tianshui flush mobile ecological toilet is a modern toilet facility that combines water conservation, environmental protection, adaptability to mountainous environments, and intelligent operation and maintenance.

Water-saving Design

The water-flush mobile toilet specifically designed for scenic spots and villas in Tianshui utilizes the synergy of compressed air and water flow. A small electric pump creates a circular jet of water inside the ceramic bowl, with a single flush consuming between 2.1 and 2.5 liters, approximately 40% less than conventional water-saving fixtures. This design significantly reduces water consumption while ensuring cleanliness.

Adaptability to Mountainous Environments

The toilet achieves adaptability to mountainous environments through a multi-point anchoring system. The foundation connectors use a combination of screw piles and adjustable brackets, allowing for rapid installation on terrain with a slope difference of up to fifteen degrees. The structural frame is made of aluminum alloy profiles and stainless steel fasteners, with surfaces treated by anodizing and passivation to resist ultraviolet degradation and moisture corrosion. The overall wind resistance meets the standard for eight-level wind forces, and no concrete foundation construction is required, greatly shortening the construction period.

Waste Treatment

In terms of waste treatment, preliminary sedimentation and acidification occur within the collection tank, and added microbial agents can decompose cellulose materials. In the second stage, it connects to the centralized biological treatment station in the scenic spot, where the upflow anaerobic sludge blanket process converts organic matter, and the final effluent meets agricultural irrigation standards, achieving internal water resource circulation within the scenic spot. This treatment method is both environmentally friendly and efficient, reducing waste pollution to the environment.

Power Supply

The power supply relies on a dual-mode system, with photovoltaic panels installed on the roof's inclined surface, generating up to 1.8 kilowatt-hours of electricity per day. It is also equipped with a gel battery pack with a low self-discharge rate. Under continuous rainy weather conditions, the system automatically switches to the municipal power grid backup interface. The control circuit is equipped with a reverse current protection device to prevent power backflow, and all electrical components meet outstanding waterproof and dustproof standards, ensuring reliable continuous operation in humid environments.

Intelligent Operation and Maintenance

Facility operation and maintenance are deployed through a status monitoring network. Sensors installed in each toilet stall continuously collect data on usage frequency, water tank level, and battery voltage, transmitting it to the scenic spot management center via narrowband IoT. The predictive maintenance model can reduce fault response time by 70%, and the backup modules feature a quick-plug interface design, with an average replacement time of no more than thirty minutes for a single functional unit, improving operation and maintenance efficiency.
