Taizhou Environmental Protection Mobile Toilet Materials

Admin September 28, 2026

Common materials used in Taizhou's environmental protection mobile toilets include metal carved panels, galvanized steel sheets, stainless steel sheets, aluminum sheets, steel structures, rock wool, polyurethane, anti-slip floors, aluminum alloy profiles, and hollow tempered glass, with specific applications as follows:

Exterior Wall Materials: Metal carved panels are a common exterior wall material for Taizhou's environmental protection mobile toilets. Their surfaces are specially treated to be waterproof, moisture-resistant, and corrosion-resistant, effectively resisting rain erosion and the impact of humid environments, thereby extending the toilet's service life. Additionally, galvanized steel sheets, stainless steel sheets, and aluminum sheets are also frequently used as exterior wall materials. Galvanized steel sheets form a protective layer through galvanization, enhancing their rust resistance; stainless steel sheets are renowned for their excellent corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal, suitable for scenarios with high environmental requirements; aluminum sheets, due to their lightweight, high strength, and ease of processing, are preferred materials for lightweight designs.

Main Frame: The steel structure serves as the core supporting structure of the mobile toilet, offering high strength and good stability. It can withstand vibrations and pressures during transportation and installation while providing reliable load-bearing capacity for the overall structure.

Thermal Insulation Materials: Internal thermal insulation is typically achieved using rock wool or polyurethane. Rock wool, made from inorganic fibers, exhibits excellent fire resistance and thermal insulation properties, effectively reducing heat exchange between indoor and outdoor environments; polyurethane is a highly efficient closed-cell structural material with a low thermal conductivity coefficient, outstanding thermal insulation performance, and lightweight characteristics, facilitating easy installation.

Floor Materials: The floor is laid with anti-slip floors and paired with a waterproof layer. The anti-slip floors have specially treated surfaces to increase friction and reduce the risk of slipping, especially suitable for humid environments; the waterproof layer, made from polymer materials such as PVC or rubber, forms a continuous sealing layer to prevent moisture penetration into the substrate, protecting the structural integrity.

Door and Window Materials: Doors and windows are mostly made of aluminum alloy profiles paired with hollow tempered glass. Aluminum alloy profiles offer high strength, corrosion resistance, and ease of processing into various shapes to meet design requirements; hollow tempered glass is formed by bonding two or more layers of glass after high-temperature treatment, creating a dry air layer in between. It exhibits excellent thermal insulation and sound insulation properties, while the tempering process enhances the glass's impact resistance, improving safety.
