Suzhou Mobile Toilet Maintenance

Admin September 23, 2026

The maintenance of mobile toilets in Suzhou should be carried out from multiple aspects, including daily cleaning, sewage system maintenance, equipment inspection, special maintenance, and other key points.

Daily Cleaning: For surface cleaning, use a neutral detergent to wipe the inner and outer walls, door handles, and handrails to keep them free of stains. Clean the squat toilets with a long-handled brush and toilet cleaner. Do not throw sanitary napkins, cigarette butts, or plastic bags into the toilet bowl. Mop the floor to keep it dry and slip-resistant. Regularly wipe the sinks and clean the lime scale from the faucets. Clean the dust from the exhaust fans regularly to ensure normal operation and odor removal. If equipped with an air conditioner, clean the filter regularly.

Sewage System Maintenance: For storage-type toilets, check the liquid level in the black water tank at the bottom daily. Do not allow it to exceed two-thirds. Before overflowing, call a fecal suction truck to pump it out. Add a septic agent to the black water tank monthly to decompose solids and prevent odors and blockages. For direct-discharge toilets, regularly check if the sewage pipes are unobstructed to prevent blockages from leaves and sediment.

Equipment Inspection: Check the exterior and door locks to ensure the door body is not loose, the door locks are flexible, and the door curtains are clean and tidy. Inspect the toilet area and lid for cracks or looseness, ensuring the toilet seat is stable and the lid can close firmly. Check the floor and drainage to ensure there is no water accumulation or obvious leakage, the drainage holes are unobstructed, and the sewage pipes are not blocked. Check the ventilation and lighting to ensure the fans or vents are operating normally, the lighting fixtures are intact, and there is emergency lighting. Check the garbage and consumables to ensure the garbage bags are intact and readily available, and consumables such as tissues, hand soap, and wet wipes are sufficient. Check safety and labels to ensure fire safety equipment, evacuation signs, and chemical labels are clear and free of corrosive spills. Check the water and electricity to ensure the lighting, exhaust fans, and flush valves are functioning properly.

Special Maintenance: In cold winters in Suzhou, drain the water from the water tank and pipes at night or when not in use for a long time. If use is required, turn on the electric tracing tape or install insulation cotton to prevent the water pipes from freezing and cracking. Check if the bottom fixing bolts or windproof cables are loose to prevent overturning in strong winds. Regularly check if the metal parts are rusty and apply lubricating oil in a timely manner.

Other Maintenance Points: Arrange for cleaning staff to clean and ensure no dust accumulates inside. Staff should maintain the equipment and facilities and replace consumables in a timely manner. Regularly inspect and keep records of daily maintenance. Regularly inspect and repair the equipment and facilities. In case of faults or abnormalities, organize repairs according to procedures. If repair is not possible, contact the manufacturer. During the warranty period, free repairs or replacements will be provided for non-human-induced damages.
