The new models of mobile toilets in Suizhou mainly include two types: natural gas mobile toilet vehicles and portable toilet vehicles.
Natural Gas Mobile Toilet Vehicle: Its product name is the CLT5180XCSEQ6 toilet vehicle, which is modified based on the Dongfeng brand truck chassis (model EQ1180GL6NJ). It has a total mass of 18,000 kg, a maximum speed of 88 km/h, and external dimensions of 1035×2550×3995 mm. This model uses natural gas (CNG) as fuel, with an engine model of YCA07220N-60, a displacement of 6871 ml, and a power output of 162 Kw. Its emissions comply with the GB 17691-2018 National VI standard. The vehicle is equipped with a box body, water tank, toilet bowl, sink, and other facilities. The side and rear protections are welded with Q235 carbon steel, with the rear protection being 400 mm above the ground. It also features a hydraulic tailboard (with a horizontal length of 300 mm and a mass of 450 kg when retracted). The ABS system is provided by Dongke Kenuo or Jiaozuo Boruike. The driver's cab is optional, and only chassis with a wheelbase of 5600 mm are used for modification.
Portable Toilet Vehicle: It is usually modified from a truck or bus and integrates facilities such as toilets, sinks, and toilet paper, making it suitable for outdoor events, construction sites, amusement parks, and other scenarios. Its core feature is customizability. It falls under the category of mobile environmental protection toilets and is branded as Tianyang. This model is produced by Hubei Tianyang Automobile Equipment Co., Ltd., located at No. 1 Century Avenue, Zengdu Economic Development Zone, Suizhou City, Hubei Province. The company specializes in the manufacturing, sales, and technical consulting of special-purpose vehicles and spare parts. The portable toilet vehicle achieves flexible deployment through modular design and can adjust its internal facility configuration according to needs to meet the sanitation requirements of different scenarios.
