Solid Prefabricated House Slabs
Solid prefabricated house slabs are factory-prefabricated cement components with specific structural, performance, and price characteristics.

Manufacturing Process
Solid prefabricated house slabs are a type of prefabricated slab. Prefabricated slabs are cement components manufactured in factories through a series of standardized processes. During production, wooden boards are first nailed together to create the required mold, which determines the shape and size of the slab. Next, steel bars are arranged inside the mold according to design requirements. These steel bars enhance the structural strength of the slab, enabling it to bear a certain load. Finally, cement is poured into the mold, and after curing and other processes, the final slab is formed. The main difference between solid and hollow prefabricated slabs is that solid slabs have no internal holes and are entirely solid in structure.
Performance Characteristics
- Weight: Since solid slabs have no internal holes, their material filling is more substantial, making them heavier than hollow slabs. This requires the use of larger machinery for transportation and installation and places certain demands on the load-bearing capacity of the building structure.
- Sturdiness: The sturdiness of solid slabs is not significantly inferior to that of cast-in-place slabs. Cast-in-place slabs are cement slabs poured directly on-site, whereas solid slabs undergo strict quality control and curing processes during factory production, ensuring high strength and stability, enabling them to withstand significant pressure and loads.
- Service Life: In the absence of external forces, solid slabs can typically last for about 50 years. This is due to their robust structure and high-quality materials, which can resist various factors in the daily environment, such as temperature changes and humidity effects, maintaining stability over a long period.
Pricing
In terms of price, solid slabs are relatively clear, with each slab costing approximately 110 yuan. However, actual prices may fluctuate due to factors such as region, manufacturer, and specifications. Differences in raw material costs and transportation expenses across regions can lead to price variations. Different manufacturers' production processes and quality control levels also affect product prices. Additionally, variations in specifications, such as length, width, and thickness, can result in price changes.
