Sichuan Mobile Single Toilet

Admin October 10, 2026

The common specifications of mobile single toilets in Sichuan can be summarized from three aspects: size, material, and function:

I. Basic Size and Space Design
The typical size range of single-person mobile toilets in Sichuan is as follows: length 1.2 - 1.5 meters, width 0.8 - 1.0 meters, and height 1.8 - 2.0 meters. The internal space design must meet ergonomic requirements. For example, when standing, there should be a vertical distance of at least 0.8 meters between the user's head and the top to avoid a sense of oppression. The width should allow the user to turn around naturally while also reserving space for installing facilities such as toilet paper holders and small washbasins. Some mobile toilets in scenic spots or special scenarios further optimize space utilization, such as using folding doors or built-in storage designs to adapt to narrow spaces.

II. Load-Bearing and Material Requirements
The outer shell is mainly made of reinforced fiberglass or stainless steel. The former is lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and UV-resistant, while the latter is more suitable for high-intensity use scenarios (such as public places with heavy foot traffic). The interior walls are mostly made of waterproof and fireproof composite panels, and the floors are treated with anti-slip measures (such as anti-slip tiles or anti-slip coatings) to prevent slipping due to water accumulation. The overall structure must pass load-bearing tests. Each unit weighs about 300 - 500 kilograms and can be stably placed on different terrains such as grass, concrete floors, and simple ramps. Some high-end products have additional bottom reinforcement frames to cope with soft soil foundations or uneven ground.

III. Functional Configuration Specifications
The basic models are usually equipped with squat toilets or sit toilets, along with simple flushing systems (manual or automatic sensors). The advanced models add facilities such as washbasins, mirrors, and shelves. Some models for winter scenarios are equipped with heating and drying devices. There are two types of drainage methods: direct drainage, which requires connection to municipal sewage pipes and is suitable for fixed locations; and water storage, which comes with a 100 - 300-liter sewage tank and requires regular cleaning, suitable for outdoor environments without sewage facilities. In addition, mobile toilets in scenic spots often have ventilation systems (such as exhaust fans or natural vents) and odor control devices (such as biodegradable filters or chemical deodorants). Some are also equipped with barrier-free facilities (such as handrails and low-level washbasins) to meet universal design standards. In emergency scenarios, high-end products may integrate emergency call buttons connected to a management background or security system.
