Admin October 10, 2026

The Mobile Toilet Inspection and Acceptance Form mainly includes the following content based on different types and acceptance stages:

I. Mobile Public Toilet Engineering Inspection Form This form is used for daily inspections, recording basic information such as the project name, inspection date, and inspector. The inspection items cover three major categories: equipment operation, structural safety, and environmental conditions:

  1. Equipment Operation: This includes the operational status of equipment such as foam pumps, photoelectric switches, aerators, lift pumps, internal recirculation pumps, and axial fans. It is necessary to check for wire damage, connector heating, cabinet sturdiness, tank connector corrosion, and looseness to ensure that the equipment is fault-free.
  2. Structural Safety: Focus on inspecting the integrity of the tank, leakage in the main toilet pipes, the sealing of doors and windows, the flatness of floor tiles, and the secure installation of components such as faucets, flush valves, and foam tank water replenishment solenoid valve floats to prevent structural damage or usage hazards.
  3. Environmental Conditions: It is necessary to monitor the inflow (into the lift well and sewage equipment) and outflow (toilet outflow and equipment outflow) situations, confirm that there is no water accumulation or collapse around the tank, and simultaneously check the operational effectiveness of auxiliary facilities such as exhaust fans, lighting, and monitoring equipment to ensure a comfortable usage environment.

II. Finished Toilet Installation Inspection Batch Acceptance Record This form is used for the acceptance of installation projects and must include the project name, submission and inspection information, and attachment materials:

  1. Attachment Materials: It is necessary to submit concealed work quality inspection materials (such as pipe laying and circuit laying), inspection batch quality inspection materials (such as equipment installation accuracy), sub-item project quality inspection materials (such as overall structural stability), and construction laboratory certification materials (such as material certificates and performance test reports).
  2. Signature and Seal: The acceptance record must be jointly stamped and confirmed by the construction project management department and the project supervision organization, and signed by relevant responsible persons to ensure compliance with the acceptance process.

III. Inspection Batch Quality Acceptance Record Form for Barrier-Free Toilets and Barrier-Free Toilet Stalls Sub-Projects This form is for the special acceptance of barrier-free facilities and includes main control items and general items:

  1. Main Control Items: These must strictly comply with design requirements, including area and plan dimensions, location and quantity, sanitary ware functionality, support force and selection/installation location of safety grab bars, wheelchair turning space, response of the distress call system, height and clearance dimensions of the washbasin, etc., to ensure the usability of barrier-free facilities.
  2. General Items: A certain deviation is allowed, but it must comply with design specifications, including the material, dimensions, and height of the storage platform, the installation location and height of the coat hook, the selection and installation height of the lighting switch, the model and illumination of the lighting fixture, etc., to enhance usage convenience.
