Shuozhou Mobile Toilet Construction Plan

Admin October 13, 2026

The Shuozhou mobile toilet construction plan needs to be comprehensively formulated by combining the project overview, construction preparation, process, environmental protection and safety, as well as specific management objectives, as follows:

I. Project Overview

The type of installation area needs to be clarified: If it is a city street or commercial district, the terrain should be surveyed in advance to ensure coordination with the surrounding environment; if it is a rural dry toilet renovation, the applicable temperature range (-30℃-40℃) should be considered, and weather-resistant materials such as color steel plates or metal carved plates should be preferred to ensure normal use in winter.

II. Construction Preparation

  1. Technical Preparation: Refine the drawing review, focusing on design changes, construction difficulties, and quality requirements; use a total station to measure ground flatness and check for underground pipelines (such as cables and water pipes) to avoid construction damage.
  2. Labor Organization: Establish a special team and clarify the responsibilities of the project manager, technical leader, and safety officer; special trades (electricians, welders) must be certified to ensure standardized operations.
  3. Material Preparation: Select modular steel structures or composite panels according to the design. Prefabricated panel-type toilets can be quickly installed; for brick-concrete structures, mix red bricks and cement in a 3:1 ratio to ensure structural strength.

III. Construction Process

  1. Foundation Construction: Site selection should follow the principle of drainage priority, with the groundwater level being 1.5 meters below the bottom of the toilet pit; for dry toilets, a 1.8-meter-deep anti-seepage toilet pit should be dug, and the pit bottom should be paved with 10 cm thick concrete to prevent seepage.
  2. Main Body Installation: Modular toilets are assembled on-site, and brick-concrete structures are built with 18-wall or 12-wall; for wild scenarios, waterproof canvas + steel frames can be used for fabrication, equipped with retractable toilets to enhance portability.
  3. Supporting Facilities: Lay electrical lines (PVC pipe slope ≥ 2%) and water supply and drainage systems (U-shaped trap to prevent odors); in cold northern regions, bury pipes should be wrapped with a 3 cm thick polyurethane insulation layer to prevent freezing and cracking.

IV. Environmental Protection and Safety Measures

  1. Environmental Protection Requirements: Construction noise should be ≤ 60 decibels, and construction waste should be 100% classified and transported; waterless composting toilets or biodegradation equipment are recommended to reduce dependence on municipal sewage networks.
  2. Safety Prevention and Control: Set up barrier-free access and night lighting; the goal during the construction period is zero casualties, and after being put into use, it needs to pass an anti-tipping test to ensure structural stability.

V. Specific Management Objectives

  1. Project Duration Objective: For conventional projects, completion from mobilization to delivery should be within 72 hours to shorten the construction cycle.
  2. Quality Objective: The main structure should have a wind resistance rating of ≥ Grade 8 and pass a waterproof test without leakage; full-time quality inspectors should have a 100% on-site coverage rate to supervise construction quality throughout the process.

VI. Adaptation to Applicable Scenarios

Dry mobile toilets (with automatic packaging of excreta) are recommended for remote areas or water-saving scenic spots; water-saving flushing toilets are recommended for areas with complete sewage pipelines; foam-type mobile toilets (which block odors and do not show excreta) are recommended for high-requirement venues (such as important events).

The plan needs to be adjusted based on on-site survey results and user needs and implemented with reference to specifications such as the "Unified Standard for Construction Quality Acceptance of Building Installation Engineering" (GB50300-2013).
