Shuangyashan Design Mobile Toilet

Admin September 21, 2026

When designing mobile toilets in Shuangyashan, it is necessary to comprehensively consider various factors such as equipment, walls, appearance, structure, configuration, standards, and customized requirements to ensure practical functionality, safety, durability, and harmony with the environment.

1. Equipment Requirements
The core equipment of mobile toilets must meet specific specifications: the squat toilet should be made of stainless steel with an automatic water flushing system, with dimensions of 800mm×850mm, ensuring durability and ease of cleaning; the space for a single toilet cubicle should measure 1300mm×1500mm×2000mm to ensure user comfort; the flushing system should be controlled by a microcomputer, capable of operating in extreme temperatures ranging from -40℃ to -50℃, with a daily power consumption of only 0.5W and a power supply of 220V/50Hz, balancing energy efficiency and stability.

2. Walls and Structure
Wall design should balance fire resistance, thermal insulation, and aesthetics: the exterior wall should use integrated metal insulation and decorative fireproof panels, while the interior wall should use high-grade composite decorative panels with insulation material in between, with a wall thickness of ≥75mm to effectively isolate external temperature influences; the overall steel structure should comply with national standards and undergo anti-corrosion treatment to ensure structural stability and prevent deformation during lifting and movement, extending service life.

3. Appearance and Configuration
The exterior design should harmonize with the installation environment, reflecting aesthetics; the interior configuration should be complete, including basic facilities such as coat hooks, makeup mirrors, toilet paper holders, and trash bins, as well as intelligent devices like occupancy indicator systems, emergency assistance systems, automatic insulation systems, and lighting; the floor should be made of marble to enhance slip resistance and durability; the toilet cubicle doors should be sturdy, with unified management of door lock keys for easy maintenance and use.

4. Standards and Customization
Design should strictly adhere to national tourism toilet standards (GB/T 18973-2003) and restroom standards (GB/T 18092-2000) to ensure compliance; it should also support customization based on drawings, offering free design solutions with material options such as color steel plates, metal carved panels, anti-corrosion wood, and aluminum-plastic panels to meet diverse needs; the sewage disposal method should be flexible, supporting various modes such as water flushing, packing, foaming, and microbial decomposition, adapting to different scenarios such as municipalities, parks, scenic spots, and construction sites.
