- Zhongxiang City Shuanghe Town Cement Products Factory: Mainly deals in products such as prefabricated components, with a business scope of manufacturing and sales of cement prefabricated components, providing relevant component support for the manufacturing of cement prefabricated houses.

Construction
Taking a certain project as an example, during the preliminary preparation, due to the special geological conditions of the project area, the top 30 centimeters is loose sandy clay, and below it is a silty soil layer with embedded gravel, with a bearing capacity of only 80 kPa. It is necessary to carry out foundation replacement treatment, excavate 1.2 meters of soft soil on the surface, replace it with graded sand and gravel, and compact it in layers. The compaction degree must be ≥95% as detected by the ring knife method. Material procurement is strict. The main body of the cement house uses C30 concrete, and there are clear requirements for materials such as cement, stones, and sand. Each truckload of materials must be screened and sampled before entering the site. During the main construction, custom steel formwork is used for formwork installation, and rubber strips are pasted at the joints to prevent slurry leakage. A plumb bob is hung on the formwork of each column to control the deviation. For steel bar binding, there are detailed regulations on the specifications, spacing, and anchorage length of the main bars and horizontal bars of the structural columns. Each joint is bound with double-strand No. 22 iron wire in a cross-knot.
