Rental Service Projects: Anhui Chuchen Urban Operation and Management Co., Ltd. once issued a tender announcement for a mobile public toilet rental service project. The service period covers multiple time slots, including September 23, 2026, from September 25 to September 27, and from October 1 to October 7. The service locations are concentrated in 8 parking lots and a tourist center in the urban area of Shou County. Specifically, two toilets are placed in each of the parking lots outside the North Gate, outside the West Gate, North of Nanguan, and East of Nanguan; four toilets are placed in each of the Shouyang and Xiaohonglou parking lots; two toilets are placed in each of the Zhenghua Hospital and Sports Park parking lots; and eight toilets are placed in the tourist distribution center on September 23. In terms of the number of toilets rented, there are 8 toilets on September 23 and 20 toilets per day for the remaining time slots.
Equipment Requirements: Mobile public toilets must be qualified finished products with independent toilet spaces. Each toilet must have at least one toilet cubicle and be equipped with a sink, flushing device, and lighting facilities, with the door lock functioning properly. The equipment should have no damage or odor, with non-slip floors, clean walls, and normal operation of the water supply and drainage and electrical systems.
Full-Service Requirements: The rental adopts a full-service model, and the bidder is required to undertake all related work, including equipment transportation, installation, commissioning, daily operation and maintenance, cleaning and disinfection, fault repair, garbage removal, and final site clearance. Specifically, this includes completing the transportation, on-site installation, and commissioning of all public toilets one day before the start of the service; arranging dedicated personnel to be on duty at each location to clean up garbage promptly every day; conducting comprehensive disinfection of all areas of the public toilets at least twice a day; arriving at the site within one hour to handle equipment failures and ensuring that the failures are resolved within two hours; completing the dismantling, transportation, and site clearance of all equipment within one day after the end of the service and cleaning and restoring the site where the public toilets were placed.
Personnel Requirements: On-duty personnel must be in good health, free from infectious diseases, dressed uniformly and neatly, have a good service attitude, and comply with the on-site management regulations of the tenderer. They are not allowed to leave their posts without permission.
Emergency Support: Arrange dedicated personnel to be on 24-hour duty and reserve at least two spare mobile public toilets to cope with peak passenger flows or sudden equipment failures, ensuring that the on-site public toilets meet usage requirements.
