Shicheng Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin September 21, 2026

The installation process of mobile toilets in Shicheng typically follows the core steps of 'positioning - assembly - connection - debugging'. Specific operations need to be adjusted according to the toilet type (split-type or integrated), and the overall installation time can be completed within 2-8 hours.

I. Pre-installation Preparation and Positioning

  1. Site Planning: Determine the toilet location based on usage requirements. Prioritize areas with solid ground and smooth drainage, avoiding low-lying or waterlogged areas. For temporary events, reserve transportation channels; for long-term use, consider the connection of sewage pipes to the municipal system.
  2. Ground Preparation: Clear the site of debris and ensure the ground is level. For split-type toilets, use a level to adjust the chassis levelness with an error not exceeding ±5mm to prevent subsequent structural tilting.

II. Assembly of Split-type Mobile Toilets

  1. Chassis Installation:
    • Use a forklift or manual labor to place the prefabricated steel structure chassis steadily at the predetermined position, ensuring levelness by adjusting the feet or shims.
    • Reserve positions for water and electricity interfaces on the chassis for subsequent pipeline connections.
  2. Wall and Roof Installation:
    • Insert the sandwich panel wallboards into the chassis slots one by one and secure them with bolts or clips to ensure tight connections without gaps.
    • After installing the roof panels, seal the eaves and joints (e.g., by applying waterproof glue or installing rubber strips) to prevent rainwater leakage.
    • Wall installation usually takes 1-2 hours and requires 2-3 people to work together.

III. Installation of Integrated Mobile Toilets

  1. Lifting and Positioning:
    • The box-type toilets have completed interior decoration and equipment integration in the factory. On-site, simply use a crane to lift the entire unit to the predetermined position.
    • Fix the four lifting rings during lifting to avoid tilting or collision.
  2. Pipeline Connection:
    • Quickly connect the water and electricity interfaces (e.g., with quick-connect designs) and link the sewage pipes to the municipal system or septic tank.
    • The installation time for integrated toilets can be shortened to 2-4 hours, making them suitable for emergency or temporary scenarios.

IV. Connection and Debugging of Functional Equipment

  1. Internal Equipment Installation:
    • Install toilets, flushing systems, sinks (if any), lighting, and ventilation equipment, ensuring they are firmly fixed.
  2. Water and Electricity Debugging:
    • Flushing Test: Check the water tank level, flushing force, and drainage speed to ensure no blockages.
    • Circuit Inspection: Test whether the lighting and ventilation equipment are working properly and whether the ground wire is safe.
    • Sealing Inspection: Spray water on doors, windows, sewage outlets, etc., to confirm no leakage.

V. Acceptance and Standard Reference

After installation, acceptance should be carried out in accordance with the 'Hygiene Code for Mobile Toilets' (GB/T 21239-2023), focusing on checking structural stability, hygiene compliance, and functional integrity to ensure they meet safety and environmental protection requirements.
