Admin September 21, 2026

Shenzhen Yantian has added 10 temporary mobile toilets near Dameisha Beach Park to alleviate the problem of tourists having difficulty finding restrooms. Details are as follows:

I. Background
To address the shortage of public restrooms and the issue of tourists queuing for restrooms at Dameisha Beach Park in Yantian District, Shenzhen, the Yantian District Urban Management and Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau organized relevant units to conduct on-site surveys and decided to add temporary mobile toilets. This initiative aims to enhance tourists' visiting experience and resolve the inconvenience caused by the insufficient number of public restrooms.

II. Location and Quantity
After on-site surveys, it was finally decided to place 10 temporary mobile toilets on the lawn outside the wall of Public Restroom No. 2 near Dameisha Beach Park, adjacent to Exit B of Dameisha Subway Station. This location is convenient for tourists to use and will not impact the overall environment of the park.

III. Construction and Commissioning Time
The construction of the mobile toilets commenced promptly. On January 4th, materials arrived on-site, and ground hardening work began, along with the connection of sewage, water, and electricity. On January 5th, ground maintenance was carried out, and the installation of the toilets was completed in the evening. After intense and orderly construction, the 10 temporary mobile toilets were officially put into use on January 6th.

IV. Management and Services
To ensure the cleanliness and user experience of the mobile toilets, the Yantian District Urban Management and Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau has arranged for dedicated personnel to perform cleaning duties. Additionally, the opening hours are set from 07:00 to 22:00 to meet tourists' needs at different times of the day. Furthermore, various consumables such as trash bins, hand sanitizer, air fresheners, and toilet paper are provided inside the toilets to offer tourists a more convenient and comfortable user environment.
