Shaoguan Container House Specifications Diagram

Admin September 15, 2026

The common specifications of container houses in Shaoguan are mainly 3m×6m×2.7m, and some duplex or spliced structures can reach 11.8m×6.75m×2.8m. The following is an explanation from three aspects: standard specifications, special specifications, and structural characteristics:

I. Standard Specifications: 3m×6m×2.7m
The residential container mobile homes provided by companies such as Shaoguan Yuanhao Container Co., Ltd. generally adopt this specification. Its length, width, and height are 3 meters, 6 meters, and 2.7 meters respectively. The material is color-coated steel plate, and the structure is square, suitable for temporary office spaces, construction site dormitories, and other scenarios. Such container houses are usually pre-installed with facilities such as lighting, sockets, and air-conditioner positions inside. They do not require foundation treatment, can be directly powered by an external power supply, support overall relocation, and have a service life of more than 15 years.

II. Special Specifications: Duplex or Spliced Structures
Some projects adopt duplex designs or container body splicing techniques. For example, the 40-foot container houses provided by Guangzhou Jinge Company can reach a size of 11.8m×6.75m×2.8m after splicing three container bodies, with a usable area of 80 square meters. Such structures can be divided into functional areas such as living rooms and bedrooms inside, and are equipped with furniture such as sofas, double beds, and office desks to meet multi-purpose needs such as living, office work, and dining. Their materials are galvanized frames and color-steel sandwich panels, with a high-temperature resistance of ≤50 degrees Celsius, a low-temperature resistance of ≤-50 degrees Celsius, a wind resistance rating of Level 9, and an earthquake resistance rating of Level 8, suitable for long-term use.

III. Structural Characteristics and Adaptability
Container houses in Shaoguan are based on standardized components and support customization of length and width dimensions. The positions of doors and windows are flexibly adjustable, and the settings of indoor partitions and stairs are free. For example, simple temporary container houses retain basic enclosure structures, have lower costs, and are suitable for short-term material storage or temporary transitional housing; while integrated houses achieve rapid assembly and disassembly through modular design, suitable for emergency projects or temporary projects. In addition, container houses have low requirements for ground foundations and can be placed on muddy ground, further expanding their application scenarios.
