A total of 408 problematic toilets were identified throughout the year and all had been rectified by the end of July. In Changzhi City, efforts have been made to improve sanitation by comprehensively promoting waste sorting, pollution control, and toilet renovation. Counties such as Luzhou and Xiangyuan have achieved integrated urban-rural sanitation services. All administrative villages in the city have implemented daily garbage collection and transportation, and rural sewage treatment facilities have been built according to local conditions. The popularity rate of sanitary toilets in rural areas is higher than the national average.
