The installation of Shanghai Yijie mobile toilets should be carried out according to standardized procedures based on specific models (such as foam-type water-saving eco-friendly toilets or villa garden wooden flush mobile toilets), involving collaboration across multiple aspects including structure, layout, water and electricity systems, and accessories.

I. Basic Structure Installation

1. Frame and Base Treatment: Use lightweight steel frames and apply two coats of anti-rust treatment; after anti-rust treatment of the base, apply an asphalt anti-corrosion layer to ensure durability. During installation, use a forklift with 2-meter forks or a crane for loading and unloading, paying attention to balance and securing.
2. Walls and Roof:
   • Foam-type Toilets: The interior walls are made of a composite of solid board base and pure white aluminum-plastic panels, while the exterior walls are 16mm thick cedar interlocking flat panels with a clear varnish or resin finish; the interior flat roof uses plastic扣板 (plastic扣板 can be translated as plastic ceiling panels) for ceiling, and the decorative peak roof is covered with sky-blue asphalt shingles.
   • Villa Garden Type: The exterior walls are made of anti-corrosion wood, and the interior walls are aluminum-plastic panels (some models use pure silver aluminum-plastic panels); the decorative peak roof is covered with anti-corrosion wood, and attention should be paid to moisture-proof treatment of the wooden materials.

II. Toilet Layout and Functional Area Division

1. Toilet Stall Allocation: The women's toilet is on the left side upon entering, and the men's toilet is on the right.
   • Foam-type Toilets: The men's toilet has 2 squat stalls and 3 urinals; the women's toilet has 2 squat stalls.
   • Villa Garden Type: The men's toilet has 2 seated stalls and 2 wall-mounted urinals; the women's toilet has 2 seated stalls.
2. Partitions and Doors: The men's and women's toilets are separated by solid walls, each with a double-spring door measuring 1500mm in height and 600mm in width; the stalls are separated by half-height partitions measuring 1200mm, which are steel-framed composite aluminum-plastic panel structures.
3. Sink Area: Located at the back wall upon entering, it is a shared area with lockable cabinets under the sink for storing cleaning tools.

III. Water and Electricity System Configuration

1. Power Connection: The external power supply can be introduced from either the upper or lower part of the back wall. One circuit connects to the lighting above the sink mirror (30W fluorescent lamp or 15W energy-saving lamp), with a manual switch placed on the men's toilet partition wall; the stall lighting uses motion-sensor switches (manual control for villa garden type).
2. Water Supply and Drainage:
   • Water Supply: Connected from the lower part of the back wall behind the sink and distributed to each fixture.
   • Drainage: Adopts a dual-drain system, with each men's and women's stall equipped with a 110mm diameter sewage outlet; the toilet drainage flows to both sides to flush the sewage pipes; the villa garden type only requires connection to the sink drainage.

IV. Ventilation and Accessory Installation

1. Ventilation Design:
   • Foam-type Toilets: Two 500×250mm aluminum-plastic panel louvers are installed on the front and back walls near the stalls.
   • Villa Garden Type: Two 300×450mm anti-corrosion wood louvers are installed on the front wall, and two electric exhaust fans are installed on the back wall.
2. Toilet Fixtures and Accessories: Use Jomu ceramic fixtures, with each stall equipped with stainless steel handrails (none for villa garden type), coat hooks, toilet paper holders, and waste bins; the number of antique-style mirrors varies by model (2 for foam-type, 1 for villa garden type).

V. Acceptance and Signage

1. Exterior Wall Paint: Paint samples are applied on-site, and the color must be confirmed by the client before construction (the exterior wall of the villa garden type is treated with an anti-corrosion wood finish).
2. Signage: Public toilet signs with English subtitles are installed at the peaks of the front and back walls, and signs indicating the direction to the men's and women's stalls are placed on the left and right sides inside.
